In the center of the Château d'Oléron, our home welcomes you for a stay in softness.
By renting by the week or the weekend our lodging, you will be able to do everything on foot, beach, citadel, oyster ports and pleasure craft, shops, restaurants and the markets of the morning and the evening.

PRESENTATION / DESCRIPTION

Village house of 80m2 ideal for family of 4 people, possibility of sleeping for 5 people with supplement per week of 50 € per adult and 30 € per child from 3 to 15.
years. Free until 3 years old.
Overlooking the small Marceau lane behind the bakery the entrance is through the garage where it is possible to store motorcycles bikes and beach equipment and fishing.
Arrival on Saturday 4 pm / Departure on Saturday 10 am

RATES 4 people:
May / June / September / school holidays: 400 euros
July / August: 550 euros
Low season: 350 euros
Weekend (minimum 2 nights) except July / August: 150 euros

 EXPENSES;
included except Electricity at the rate of 0,15 € per kWh. Electric heating.
Water (will be charged 4 € per m3 if 3m3 overflow).

GROUND FLOOR:
 Living room with sofa, 2 armchairs, TV, kitchen with gas oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. Iron and ironing board

FLOOR:
1 room of 20m2 with bed 140x190 with room of water (receiver shower basin hair dryer and toilet), dressing.
1 bedroom of 15m2 with bed 140x190 and bed 90 cupboard and WC crusher.

OUTSIDE:
private terraced courtyard with WC garden furniture, and barbecue.

Booking: 30% of the rental price upon receipt of the contract. Balance on handing over the keys
