Bungalow located 350 meters from the Playa de La Isla, not far from shops and activities, with a living room dining room, kitchenette, garden with porch and barbecue, d 'an interior patio, three bedrooms with 3 beds 140 and built-in wardrobes, two bathrooms, 1 inside with bath and toilet, 1 in the patio with shower and toilet and washing machine.
The inner courtyard also has a hand-washing area, useful for the small laundry or rinsing beach towels. This courtyard is also embellished with an outdoor shower, very interesting to get rid of the sand.
The floor above by independent access is private and is not occupied during the rental.
Pets can be accepted under conditions and with prior agreement.

Wonderful holiday

A typical Spanish property, furnished in vintage Spanish style. The property had everything we needed, the terraces back and front are charming. We put the barbecue to good use. The host was very friendly and helpful, always responding quickly. The house is very well presented, very clean throughout. We are going to book for next year. Location excellent, close to beach, shops, restaurants etc. Thank you Anna.

The home is close to beach, market ,and town, all within walking distance. We found the furnishings a bit dated . And bed a bit uncomfortable with springs being felt.The outside is great and our pet loved it . Annie is easy contactable

Perfekt stay

The stay was great. The house was perfectly located in a quiet neighbourhood. You were within minutes of the beach or the harbour where life is happening. The hostess was very friendly and helpful and had already given us the most important information in advance, so that a smooth journey was guaranteed. The accommodation itself had charm and character. Especially the beautiful lemon tree in the front courtyard was a wonderful sight.Thank you Annie for the opportunity to spend our holiday in your accommodation. We would love to come back!

Très jolie maison dans un quartier résidentiel

Situation idéale - pas loin de la plage et à proximité du centre de la ville. On peut tout faire à pied. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le patio devant la maison. La cuisine était équipée de tout ce qu'on avait besoin. Et la communication avec les propriétaires était super. - Très bon confort général.

Séjour très agréable

Mazarron une petite ville au climat agréable dans cette période où on peut profiter de la plage. Nous avons apprécié le calme du mois de septembre.

Emplacement parfait et excellent rapport qualite prix

Excellent sejour dans la maison d Annie qui est hyper bien située à proximité de belles plages, du port et du marché. Nous nous sommes toujours déplacés a pied. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le patio et la terrasse devant ombragés à différents moments de la journee, les ventilos hyper efficaces dans les chambres. Annie a vraiment mis a notre disposition dans la maison tout ce qui etait nécessaire.. C'était top! Par ailleurs, Annie a toujours été hyper reactive à mes messages et d'une grande gentillesse. Je recommande !

LO MEJOR DE LA CASA LOS PATIOS

La casa está genial ,le hacía falta algo más de limpieza y un renueve de colchones q son de muelles y también cambiar las cabeceras....Me soprendio mucho y para bien la potencia de agua ,tanto en la ducha ,como en el fregadero y en todos sitios,tiene 2 frigoríficos q se agradece mucho y vuelvo a repetir q lo mejor de la casa son los patios,también las habitaciones son amplias , me encantaría volver otro año

Precioso patio

Buena casa para pasar unos dias

La casa está muy bien,los patios dan mucho juego,y están muy bien,la casa es grande con 3 habitaciones y 2 baños,la ubicación muy buena,se tarda 5 minutos andando a la playa y para aparcar,lo haces en la puerta,cosa que se agradece.por poner alguna crítica constructiva,quizás los colchones se podrían cambiar,para que fuera mejor el descanso,son algo incómodos,pero lo dicho muy bien alojamiento en general.

Lo que buscabamos lo encontramos. La casa está cerca del centro y de la playa andando. Tiene amplios patios, donde da gusto pasar el dia, sobre todo yendo con perrito. Las camas son comodas, y tiene lo necesario para pasar 15 dias sin echar nada en falta. Yo repetiría sin dudar...

Redelijk. Verwarming zoals aangegeven in advertentie ontbreekt. Er zijn elektrische kacheltjes, die onvoldoende verwarmen, bij gebruik van beiden valt elektriciteit uit. Plek tov strand, centrum prima. Buurt erg rumoerig. Contact met eigenaar prima!

La casa es encantadora.

La casa es tal cual aparece en las fotos... Los patios son excelentes y la casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para hacer la estancia agradable... Ana es encantadora y el contacto con ella muy bueno... La única pega de la zona es la de unos vecinos un poco ruidosos... Por lo demás la estancia ha sido fenomenal y la casa está muy bien situada.
