Beautifull Updated Condo and THE Best Location on Havasu!

This was a Beautifully updated condo (and we've stayed in other units in Kings View), the owner and management company we organized and easy to deal with. We love this location on Havasu - well worth paying a little extra to be right on the beach! We HIGHLY recommend this unit - enjoy!!

Kings View

Location is great, access from car to unit is real easy. No stairs to deal unless you head down to water. Views are as described. Noise level was ok, a lot of rental units so I imagine it changes every visit. Unit needs a little TLC and cleaning. Also carpet in bedrooms are filthy. Tile in main living area is much nicer. Can't beat Location

Perfect Lake vacation

The location and convenience of this property made our stay a great one. Property is clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Perfect set up for us with 2 teenagers. They had their space and we had ours. We rented a boat from Paradise and was so convenient to pull up right on the beach and load up in the morning. No overnight parking permitted but several folks risked it without penalty. We did not and had a slip. Next time we will try for a slip at HEAT. That would be most convenient and cost effective. (London Bridge marina too expensive for non guests. ). Coby was so easy to work with and contacted us prior to arrival. Mgmt company a breeze to work with. Would definitely rent again. Thanks Coby!

Wonderful condo. Owner communication was top notch. Super nice. Condo well stocked with items for cooking etc. Comfy beds. We rent often in Kingsview and this is definitely a favorite. Thanks Cobe!

I appreciate the ease of check in and check out. The location from parking lot to front door allowed for quick unloading of our vehicle. The property was clean and stocked with all of our needs. We did work remotely from our computers and the internet connection was intermittently lost but who goes to Havasu to work! This did not deter from the great time we had. We will be returning again—already booked a stay in October!

Couples getaway

We had 4 adults and the property was just as pictured! Very clean, comfortable and excellent location! Walk one flight down to beach. Room has a beautiful canal and London Bridge view from the balcony off LR and master bedroom. Walk right to door from garage. Can’t wait to go back!

Famous London Bridge, watching $200,000 boats go by 20 ft from the tinted windows.
Nothing could be finer. ENJOY!!!

We have wanted to be on the water at Lake Havasu for 25 years, and with only a few oppurtunities,
this complex was a dream come true. We went from spending our days on our boat in the Channel, to spending days in our condo on the water, with our boat moored in front.
