Waterfront Unit with Dolphins in your Backyard & Easy Walking Distance to Town!

This spacious 1,900+ square foot unit has floor to ceiling windows so you won’t miss the beautiful wildlife all around you.

Enjoy the large pelicans diving for dinner as well and the herons and egrets resting on the dock in the hope of catching a quick snack! Don’t be surprised when a school of dolphins float in and entertain you and your family as they swim around the harbor.

This unit is perfectly positioned on the east side of the harbor, which will allow you to thoroughly enjoy the gorgeous sunrises in the morning and the cooler afternoon breezes (out of the sun) in the afternoon!

The unit consists of two spacious bedrooms and a small den. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and there is a powder room as well. The master bedroom has floor to ceiling windows as do the living room and kitchen. There are two private decks; one off the kitchen and one off the master bedroom. There is a well equipped kitchen and a dining area with a table that can seat 6 (when the leaf is added). The unit offers plenty of storage.

There is a refreshing Swimming Pool & Jacuzzi to unwind in as you enjoy another gorgeous day in Paradise!

Downtown is only a short walk away where the shopping, the theaters and the eateries are absolutely fabulous. Just so much to do and enjoy, this won’t be your last trip to Sarasota!

Sarasota is magnificent; being on the bay in Sarasota is just a short a step away from Heaven!!
