Réservation nickel.

Accueil parfait, hôte très sympathique. Logement bien, et bien situé, très calme. Boulangerie, resto, pizzeria, supérette juste à côté, très pratique. Appart à 3 min du lac. Impeccable.

Logement cosy parfaitement situé.

Appart fort agréable et calme avec vue superbe sur le lac et les montagnes. Belle terrasse bien orientée et cuisine bien agrémentée. Un rideau occultant serait le bienvenu dans le salon pour le lever du soleil à 5h45 et réception tv absente. Séjour très plaisant malgré l'abondance de pluies. Je recommande!

Bon appartement mais sale/ Canapés à changer

Nous avons trouvé l’appartement sale et poussiéreux. Le ménage n’avait pas été correctement fait et ce n’est pas très rassurant en période de Covid. Le canapé lit est très inconfortable dur comme du bois. L’autre canapé est poussiéreux et sale. La cuisine est bien mais la cafetière à filtre mérite d’être changée! On a eu des problèmes de fonctionnement de la machine à laver le linge qui s’arrête tout le temps. Pas de Wifi (les appareils ne le captent pas). Mauvaise réception TV. La terrasse est super et la vue très belle. À l'étage nous avons dû retirer la tête de lit vraiment sale (cheveux poussière +++). En période de canicule nous avons regretté que les lampes chauffent beaucoup ainsi que les stores avec plein soleil dès le matin qui laissent entrer lumière et chaleur+++ (sûrement chouette en hiver!) mais canicule apparemment rare sur Annecy. L’appartement est calme et bien situé mais malgré qu’il soit près d’Annecy en plein mois d’août, matin midi ou après-midi il faut compter entre 30 et 45 min voire plus pour s’y rendre. Nous avons également regretté ne pas trouver de produits nettoyants...
