Beach House

A bit of walk to the beach - but a private walkway. House itself is really good - all by itself with lovely sea views. Pool is great - facilities great - could use a elevator

Easy and Relaxing

Our family of 4 stayed at this location along with a set of grandparents and another family of 3 (3 total children, 3, 7, 9 yr old). The house, location, beach and pool were amazing! There were some complaints about the total number of stairs so this is definitely not a house for someone with mobility issues. The kitchen was very well stocked and set up in a way that allowed multiple people to be in there at the same time. The pool was a huge hit with the kids after being tired from the beach. The doorknob from the living room pulled off on the first day and someone was out the next day, after we called, to fix it. Be aware that check in is 4pm, the code to open the door will not work prior to 4. It would have been nice to have a couple more kitchen towels and a dish drying rack, but otherwise, the house had everything our multigenerational family needed and then some.

Great Times at Good Tide-ings

Good Tide-ings is a newer home featuring a superb kitchen, beautiful deck views of the ocean and sound and also a swimming pool. The home is well maintained, very clean and filled with light. The private boardwalk is so nice and provides perfect access to the beach. We have already booked our stay for next year and highly recommend Good Tide-ings!

Good Tidings is the “PERFECT “ family beach vacation house. The beach or the pool - your choice. Nice sized rooms, pretty finishes, and nicely equipped kitchen! We had a wonderful trip with our adult children and grandchildren!

Great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at Good Tideings. The views of ocean were great and it’s so nice having the private walkway to the beach. House was clean with fresh decor. We all had a great time.
