Posizione eccezionale, spiaggia privata

L'appartamento è come si vede nelle foto, un bilocale di questa villa di fronte al lago. Una lavatrice sarebbe stata comoda, notevole difficoltà nell'aprire il cancello con telecomando, ma è un problema della fotocellula. Peccato tanta verdura coltivata ma poco raccolta..Proprietaria gentilissima. La posizione e la spiaggia privata sono i grandi plus di questo appartamento.
