About this property

A jewel at the river's edge

## Space

An exceptional property in Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, with a private access to the crystal-clear river Sorgue. Beautiful swimming pool. 75sqm very confortable house, completely renovated this year. The house is great for 4 people, with two bedrooms with their own bathroom and toilets.

The beds and matress are new and very confortable.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities, and there is also a barbecue to enjoy cooking outside. You can also use the veranda to rest, read, watch TV.

The property is fully secured and dogs are welcome :-) The price is €100 per dog per stay, to be paid after the booking.


Activities, all within 5 minutes : kayak on the Sorgue, Golf course, biking, hiking, provencal markets.

The swimming-pool is HEATED from April 15 to October 15

The property is ideally located between Fontaine-de-Vaucluse and Isle-sur-la-Sorgue. Within 15 minutes from Gordes and the hilltop villages of the Luberon : Ménerbes, Roussillon, Bonnieux....
25 minutes from Avignon. 1h from Marseille and the sea.

Stunning location

Definitely need a car but so much to see in a short drive. Had a few problems finding the property due to no signage on gates and quite poor communication with Holidays Provence. They sent a gps but it wouldn’t open on our phones. Very peaceful location only the birds for company! Overall we had an amazing stay.

Eine wirkliche Perle ! Ein besonderer Ort mit wirklich schönem Pool und einem Garten , der gut für die Seele ist.Wer gerne selbst kocht muss allerdings mit einer eher sparsam ausgestatteten Küche rechnen, wir konnten uns gut versorgen und haben vor allem die leckeren regionalen Tomaten auf der Terrasse genossen !Die Übergaben waren superschnell und freundlich und unkompliziert! Danke !

Nous avons passé un séjour très reposant et très agréable avec le bruit de la Sorgue, le chant des cigales, les libellules bleues. Le gite est très bien aménagé ; belle déco, fauteuils et lits très confortables. Mention spéciale pour la tonnelle de vigne vierge et la plancha électrique. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Maison très agréable

C'est une petite maison très agréable. Joli jardin (qui pourrait être un peu plus entretenu, surtout derrière la piscine. Avec une vue sur la rivière que l'on ne voit pas bcp) Piscine conforme aux attentes. Bonne literie ! Maison calme... à 3 kms de L'Isles sur la Sorgues (mieux vaut avoir une voiture) Je recommande pour ceux qui veulent être au calme... Pas si vous avez des ados qui veulent sortir le soir...

Petite pépite !

Notre séjour fut merveilleux, on a été totalement charmés par les lieux. La terrasse et la piscine sont très agréables, avec le bruit des cigales et de la rivière en fond sonore. Le jardin laissé un peu "nature" mais bien soigné a été un régal pour nos chiens qui ont adoré l'explorer. Et comme tout est parfaitement clôturé nous humains avions une totale tranquillité d'esprit

Encore un super séjour

Nous sommes retournés pour être sûr de passer un super séjour en famille avec c’est condition sanitaire un peu compliqué. Le propriétaire ainsi que Roman et Belinda toujours à l’écoute pour que l’ont passe un bon séjour. La maison est très fonctionnel avec tous le confort nécessaire et bien située, la piscine est vraiment agréable. L’endroit est bien sécurisé deux portails et le terrain est clôturé C’est vraiment l’endroit idéal pour des vacances en famille.

Une petite maison bien équipée, confortable, dans un écrin de verdure niché au sein d'une des plus belles régions de Provence. A deux pas de Fontaine de Vaucluse et de l'Isle sur la Sorgue, et pourtant au calme de l'agitation touristique estivale. Un lieu d'apaisement, pour une pause réussie. Le coin piscine fait face d'un côté à une falaise et de l'autre à la Sorgue... Une vue dont on ne se lasse pas. Dépaysement garanti ! Le propriétaire ainsi que l'agence qui gère la location sont formidables d'écoute et d'attentions pour leurs hôtes. Nous y avons déjà passé 2 étés, nous y passerons certainement un 3ème !

Un petit coin de Paradis !

Idéalement situé au calme et sans aucun vis-à-vis ! La maison est très bien équipée, la piscine est chauffée et le petit plus avec la rivière qui passe au fond du jardin... une région magnifique avec plein de choses à découvrir. Merci pour l’accueil, nous reviendrons sans aucun doutes !

Suite à notre séjour nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances tout est parfait . Emplacement idéal pour familles avec chien. Maison très pratique et facile d’entretien. Calme absolu, reposant. Accueil très chaleureux de Roman et du propriétaire Michel sans oublier Joseph le chien.

Lot's of positive's but needs some TLC

I'll start with the positives as we really enjoyed our stay. Roman was very helpful when we called with a couple of questions. The gite is perfect if you have a dog or children I guess). The garden is very safe and the access to the river is great so they can cool off in there. The location could is fantastic, between two really pretty places. The swimming pool is quite small but very nice, as is the seating around it. Now to the slight negatives; With some tiny improvements we would give the gite 4 stars instead of 3. It was a bit underwhelming on arrival to see some really tatty garden tables and chairs, a rusty old barbecue and an old bath tub in the garden. Also a lot of the plants were dead. If these had been simply removed or even replaced, it would have been a lot better. Also, there was no booklet with local information, such as supermarkets and opening times etc which would have been really helpful. Lastly the toilets were a bit smelly. I feel a bit bad making these criticisms as we really enjoyed our stay but hopefully our well meaning advice will be taken on board and the property will be even nicer in the future.

La présentation est parfaite, le réel pas partout: un wc est inutilisable car pas fixé et obstrué par le lave-linge. Mais dans l'ensemble très jolie petite maison dans un cadre superbe. Roman et son beau-père très sympathiques et serviables.

La casa cumple todas las expectativas para pasar unos días de relax.

Situación extraordinaria en un entorno maravilloso con acceso directo al río Sorgue con aguas cristalinas. Lo que hemos echado en falta y deberían poner son mosquiteras en ventanas y puerta principal ya que hay muchos mosquitos y también algunos puntos de luz en el jardín para poder ver el exterior y disfrutarlo por la noche, por lo demás para repetir.

Fantastic location.

We had a wonderful week's stay in this lovely gite. The property is in a very secluded and quiet location but only 1k walk to plenty of bars, shops and restaurants. The pool was beautiful and warm and surrounded by fig trees with a wonderful view of the nearby aquaduct. Our little dog loved the private access to La Sorgue that ran past at the end of the garden! The owner Roman and his family were absolutely delightful and could not have been more helpful. The gite was very tastefully decorated and had everything you could need for a fabulous relaxing holiday. We would most definitely return. Thank you Roman.
