Bonjour Katja,
Nous avons bien pris connaissance de votre commentaire concernant l'état de la maison.
Nous sommes toutefois surpris par votre appréciation de « logement vétuste ». La maison est entretenue régulièrement, fait l'objet d'un suivi constant et correspond fidèlement aux photos ainsi qu'à la description présentées lors de la réservation. Aucun élément majeur de dégradation ou de défaut n'a été constaté avant votre arrivée ni signalé par les précédents occupants ni par vous même.
Concernant les ventilateurs ou pas possibilité de dormir dans une chambre de l'étage, des températures avoisinant les 40 °C comme nous avons eu pendant votre séjour sont relativement rares étant donné que nous sommes proche de l'Océan et avons toujours de l'air et du vent et donc pas besoin de climatisation ou ventilateur !!!
Nous comprenons que certains aspects puissent ne pas correspondre à vos préférences personnelles ou à vos attentes. Cependant, qualifier le logement de vétuste ne reflète pas son état réel ni les standards d'entretien qui y sont appliqués.
Nous restons bien entendu à votre disposition pour examiner tout point précis que vous souhaiteriez nous signaler, afin de pouvoir l'évaluer objectivement.

Das Haus liegt zentral in Lacanau, so dass man den Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann! Trotz der Lage ist es ruhig gelegen, man hört die Musik in der Fußgängerzone kaum.
Das Haus selbst ist liebevoll dekoriert und zweckmäßig sowie ausreichend in allen Bereichen ausgestattet.

Sehr ruhig, obwohl zentral gelegen
Ist ein sehr geräumiges und wirklich gut gelegenes Haus. Man ist im Zentrum und trotzdem ist es ruhig. Der Innenhof ist von der Straße nicht zu sehen so, dass man sich gut entspannen kann.
Eine Sache muss man allerdings beachten: eine Unkraut vor der Garage ruhinierte mit ihren sehr spitzen Stacheln vier Fahrradschläuche. Hier muss man also aufpassen!
Sonst war alles sehr gut.
