The room was beautifully updated and decorated perfectly. It was stocked with evertthing we needed. The 2 pools and ample outside seating spaces were clean as well. The view was the best, and we we able to enjoy lovely sunrises each morning. The host was very easy to to talk to, and responded quickly to answer any questions. Easy check in as well Look forward to booking with them again.

Our second stay at this property. Perfect location, simple check in process, and a super nice room. We enjoy the easy access to the beach, having nice pools to cool off in, and a short walk to Flagler. The room has a comfortable bed, a very nice kitchen, and is always clean upon arrival. Having seating on the balcony looking out towards the ocean is so nice. Will definitely be back!

Having stayed in New Smyrna Beach for many years I must say this is one of the best Condominiums we have stayed in. Excellent facilities on site including 2 pools and very friendly staff on site attending to the grounds etc. Fantastic communication with our host and will come back again
