The location of this property is ideal. The unit is fully equipped and is very comfortable. The rooftop pool is an exceptional added value. We highly recommend this property if you’re gonna be in the romantic zone in PV.

Fantastic stay!

This condo is a wonderful find. I love staying close to the river Cuale in PV so this was perfect. Front desk staff is so friendly (hola Luis and Martin). Despite some construction in the neighbourhood, which is tough to avoid in PV, this condo was very quiet. Nicely decorated with everything I needed. Rooftop to die for. Thanks David. I hope I can come back. Rob from Canada

If I won the lottery today, I would buy some property in this building tomorrow!

David is the big brother I never had! He is the host with the most. He promptly replied to any questions or requests. The condo was exactly as described and more. It is tastefully decorated, well stocked kitchen and extremely comfortable. The location is exactly where you want to be in PV. The rooftop pool and hot tub were top notch with the best views in town!

Beautiful condo, Great location!

My husband and I stayed for 3 weeks in January 2020. The condo is beautiful, exactly as pictured. We were on the 5th floor, just two flights up to the rooftop pool and magnificent views. We loved the location of the property; just 3 blocks from the beach, and many restaurants and stores nearby. We walked the Malecon almost every day, without steps or hills to climb coming back. We especially appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella provided, the washer (we didn't use the dryer function), and the well-equipped kitchen. Also, paper coffee cups and insulated beverage glasses to take up to the pool, where glass is not allowed. The building is secure, and staff was very friendly and helpful. There is weekly maid service with fresh sheets and towels. We would definitely come back!

Excellent place to be.

One of the most enjoyable stays we've had. The unit was lovely with a nice city and jungle view. Location was perfect for us with so many restaurants and bars close by. We will definitely book here again, a terrific vacation spot.
