Like new townhouse! 1 short block to great beach! Beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 full bath luxury twin just a short block to a great south end beach. Two bedrooms one bath on first floor, great room (extra large living room) with two decks, bedroom and full bath on second floor, two bedrooms, full bath and deck on top floor. Central air, garage, enclosed outdoor shower and off street parking. All the bells and whistles included! Includes plenty of beach chairs, bikes, and a Foosball table! Always kept immaculately clean. Very, very comfortable home.
