About this property

Charming Charentaise house renovated in two gites of 4 and 6 people with possibility to rent both simultaneously to enjoy 10 places.

Description: These gites have the necessary comfort as well as an enclosed common garden and terraces separated by shrubs.
Full equipment: garden table, parasol, barbecue, deck chairs, free WiFi, sitting area with TV, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hotplates, oven and microwave, washer-dryer, iron , heating and free private parking. Comfortable rooms, with quality bedding, dresser or storage shelves, wardrobe.

For optimal cleanliness, our cottages are completely non-smoking and our friends are not allowed animals.

Enjoy a quiet environment, in a hamlet, while being 1. 5 km from the shops of Soubise and 5 minutes from the south entrance of Rochefort.

On the Charente coast, we are half an hour from La Rochelle, Royan, Saintes, Saint Jean d'Angély and Surgères, in the heart of many tourist destinations. The thermal baths of Rochefort, home port of Hermione, as well as the gendarmerie school are 10 minutes away.

Open all year, you can enjoy our cottages both for holidays or for a spa treatment. Possibility of longer rentals during courses or training, excluding "High Season", with decreasing rates.

For the curists: rentals of 3 weeks => you will benefit from a reduction of 25% on your stay, except "high season".

Options: 10 € the bed linen, 5 € the set of 2 towels, 80 € end of stay cleaning for the 6 places

Parfait!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous avons été très bien reçus par Rémy et Martine. La maison est très jolie et pratique, il n’y a rien à redire. Tous les lieux à visiter sont à moins de trente minutes ce qui est parfait. Merci encore !!

Charmante maison charentaise

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gîte qui est parfaitement renové et équipé. L'accueil que nous ont réservé Monsieur et Madame Dromer avec la présentation des activités touristiques nous a également permis de bien profiter de la région. Merci !
