My life there, between vineyards and Rhône

In the heart of the green Ardèche, the house is ideal for recharging your batteries and indulging in your favorite hobbies: walks in the vineyards, cycling on the Viarhona ... or participating in the Ardèche.
With friends, enjoy a Croze Hermitage in an ephemeral bar in the little chapel or at the Vineum de Tain.
There is no shortage of family activities: Peaugres safari, Postman Cheval's palace, little train, swimming in the gorges of the sweet, and for gourmands, visit the city of Valrhona chocolate.
12 minutes north of Tournon, the house has 1 bedroom with a double bed and the other has 3 beds (2 single beds + 1 pull-out bed).
House on 3 levels, it has a wide staircase composed of 8 steps to access the living room and shower rooms and a small staircase of 6 steps to access the bedrooms. The stairs are not secure.
It offers 1 enclosed courtyard on the main facade for parking the car and 1 south-facing garden with a small terrace, with direct access from the kitchen for lunch in the sun or taking a nap overlooking the Rhône valley.
Some closets in the house remain private but we will detail this on arrival.
