Emmanuel et son épouse sont très aimables et toujours à l‘écoute et à la disposition de leurs „locataires“. La maison est très bien équipée et sécurisée. À 15 min à pieds de la place de la Comédie, l‘emplacement est parfaite pour visiter Montpellier. La piscine est bien entretenue et on y passe des moments agréables dans des transats confortables. Merci beaucoup pour ce beau séjour dans une architecture exceptionelle.

La villa est super merveilleuse. Les conditions à l'intérieur(cuisine équipée, toilettes )sont très bonnes. Les espaces à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de la villa sont décorés très beau ,La plage n'est pas loin, Mme Nathalie et son mari nous ont accueillis avec gentillesse. Amazing house close to city center

This house is modern architecture galore. Simple and functional with all the amnesties you need for friends or family stay. Very private is a very good neighborhood of Montpellier and 10 minute walk to the center and everything. Will definitely stay here again if we are around montpellier

Vertene var veldig hyggelige, fint uteområde og basseng ca 5meter langt. Tre soverom og ett åpent loft med 2 senger, Ikke air-con på to av soverommene, her var det bare vifter. Veldig fint hus med alle fasiliteter. Anbefales.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons séjourné la première quinzaine d’août dans cette magnifique villa, idéale pour plusieurs familles avec enfants. Tout y est: grande piscine, trampoline, verdure. La villa est équipée tout confort( grande cuisine, grand salon et salle à manger, électroménager complet, belle bibliothèque, et de très belles chambres dont une très belle suite avec salle de bain privée qui a fait des heureux! Le quartier est calme et à proximité de toute commodité. A seulement 15 minutes de la plage, nous étions ravis de pouvoir profiter de la mer à volonté. Les propriétaires sont très aimables et à l'écoute. Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander cette location. Bon séjour!

Everything about the house was perfect for us. We felt very lucky to find a large beautiful house with a nice pool in a peaceful location, just a 10 minute walk from the centre of Montpellier. Its also a very short walk to the tram stop that takes you to the beach. Nathalie and Emmanuel could not have been more helpful, both before we arrived and during our stay. Even when we had a small problem (not their fault), they were very quick to solve it for us. Thank you both! A great stay in a great property.

Great Memories in Montpellier

Our family had an incredible few days in Montpellier. From the time we arrived, our host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The unique house design and location were perfect for our stay. We were able to easily walk to the city center within minutes or simply have happymoov come by and give us a ride. Many bakery, convenience stores available within walking distance. Great parking within property and easy access to go in and out of Montpellier for day trips. The house, amenities and gardens made for a very relaxing stay after hours of walking and exploring. Near tram/train station and Avis rental car within walking distance. Overall a memorable experience for our family! Thank you for the great welcome!

We thank you Aurelien and his family. We appreciated Aurelien, his wife and their two girls and lot. They were respectful of the place : the house was very clean. They were very charming as they left us flowers and they apologized many times because they left the house a little bit later than the time was planned because their taxi did not come. It was not their mistake . We recommend them very strongly and we hope to see them again in our house.

Great house, easily accessible for central Montpellier

Stayed here with two older (18 & 21) children. The house is interesting in its own right, is spacious and has everything you need for a holiday. It's an easy walk to the town centre, train station and tram links, giving you access to the beach and the surrounding area. The pool's great to cool down in - it was pretty hot in August! The owners are really friendly and helpful, but not at all intrusive. Great holiday, would definitely recommend the house and Montpellier, which is a charming town.

Fantastisk sted.

7 voksne i samme hus i 36-38 graders varme uden problemer. Swimming pool og air condition er løsningen. Huset ligger tæt på Montpellier historiske centrum. Emmanuel og Nathalie er skønne og hjælpsomme værter. Kan varmt anbefale stedet.
