Whether cooking for one or ten, the chef in the group is certain to appreciate this fully upgraded, open concept kitchen. Start the day brewing coffee in the Keurig & end the day sharing a bottle of chilled Pinot from your wine fridge. Open the sliders & the party extends outdoors. Inflate the raft & spend your days daydreaming afloat in the heated, salt water pool. Pool heat is $20 per night.

The home is located in the old salt fishing town of Englewood which is a quiet community. Located less then 10 minutes to beautiful, Englewood Beach and Stump Pass. Many unique dining and recreational experiences close at hand. Englewood is a community featuring more Mom and Pop shops as opposed to the big box stores. Publix is recommended for grocery shopping. Golf courses open year round. Discounts in the summer for the golf courses. Englewood caters to the water enthusiast with great boating, fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding just a short drive away.

The home has a lockbox for entry. The lockbox code will be sent via text on the morning of the reservation. The Welcome Guide in the home will include the information about the home, wifi, trash day, etc. in addition to information about the local area. A contact number is in the book to reach me when needed. Homeowner has personal belongings in 2 small cabinets in laundry room, all else can be enjoyed by the tenant including indoor laundry.

Modern facade and front sitting area welcome you to your home away from home. Natural light flows through the glass plated door & enhances this well appointed floor plan featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. An entertainer's delight. Kitchen stocked with all the needed conveniences and serves as the hub of the home as your guests gather around the dining room table with seating for ten or casually chatting at the breakfast bar. Open the sliders and the party extends outdoors. Gorgeous, paved lanai with space for those who love to soak up the rays and covered space those who prefer the shade. Loungers poolside along with table seating. Fire up the grill and season the steaks. When you warm up, take a in the saltwater pool. The pool can be heated for a fee of $20 per night during the winter season months . After a hard day of play, settle into the master suite for a peaceful slumber in the king sized bed. Master split from guest bedrooms for privacy and seclusion. First guest bedroom features queen size accommodations and bedroom three offers queen size bunk beds and twin XL trundle bed, this room can easily accommodating up to five people. Grab the cooler and chairs from the garage and it is just a 7 mile drive to the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico on Manasota Key. With white sand beaches, azure water and unobstructed views make this hidden treasure a once in a lifetime experience. Your four legged babies are welcome and we have a kennel for their comfort. You will certainly be booking your next stay before you know it.

It is recommended you have a vehicle. Uber is often used.

Home is cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We will do our best to accommodate early check in requests. Security system in place but Interior and rear monitoring are disabled. Pet friendly home and a pet addendum must be completed. $300 pet fee. Kennel provided if needed. Pool Addendum must be completed and signed as well. Pool heat must be requested 48 hours prior to desired time. Pool heat is $20 per night. Once reservation is placed, a personal email must be provided to send the aforementioned and additional details about the home and area. The reservation will not be considered complete until these forms are signed and returned. We look forward to having you!
