L'appartement est placé à proximité des commerces, du grand marché de la plage.On peut tout faire à pied.il est fonctionnel, lumineux.L'ensemble un peu vieillot mais ce n'est pas grave. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut en vaisselle, plats... La grande terrasse permet d'y manger matin,midi et soir. Ce qui est regrettable c'est le manque de propreté: poussière sous les meubles, taches sur les coussins des chaises sam, urine sur le sur matelas
