Description: Enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains from this rugged timber frame two-bedroom, two-bathroom downstairs condo (stair access only). The mountain view can be admired from the deck or the large picture windows in the open kitchen, dining room, and living room areas. This condo is beautifully decorated to compliment the custom upgrades. The kitchen features upgraded cabinetry, granite countertops, hardwood floors and stainless-steel appliances and it is fully equipped to prepare a meal. The living room has a vaulted ceiling, cultured stone gas fireplace, hardwood floors, comfortable and cozy furniture, as well as a TV. The deck is thoughtfully equipped to enjoy outdoor living and dining with a built-in gas grill. Enjoy a short mountain getaway to relax inside or breathe in the fresh mountain air from the deck. If time allows, book for an extended stay and explore all the High Country has to offer. 

Resorts' Amenities: Amenities in these gated resorts include indoor and outdoor (seasonal May 1 - Oct. 1) swimming pools with hot tubs, two private clubhouses, fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, a 23-acre riverfront park, community hiking trails and catch and release fishing.

Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University.  If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.

Perfect getaway weekend

N Carolina gem

This property was really really nice. The buildings looked brand new, It is furnished really pretty and the beds are very comfortable, which is a huge deal. It was on top of a mountain therefore the view was gorgeous . It was also amazing to have a built in grill on the patio. My only small complaint is the couch in the living room... it was small and very uncomfortable to hang out as a family to watch a movie. We had to lay blankets on the ground to be comfortable. Otherwise, it’s a perfect spot for 4 people!

LOVED our stay here! Probably my most favorite VRBO!

What an incredible place! The views are gorgeous. It is a quiet location so peaceful. The accommodations were wonderful. So clean. So great for our family. We were able to make a simple breakfast a few days and eat a few dinners in the condo. This was a perfect spot in North Carolina. We enjoyed hiking and skiing and wonderful restaurants and even the winery. All close by. I do hope to return specifically to this area. Echota was a great community. We used the pool and hot tub and the kids were able to fish and release. We also had family had a different condo in Echota which was so awesome. Close by but not the same place. You will love this place! I loved the beautiful kitchen that overlooked the Mountain Views. Highly recommend this place.
