Our 160 m² house is located in a quiet area, near the center of La Bocca, close to the bus (100 m) to reach the center of Cannes and the Croisette in a few minutes and to the Frayère train station to reach Cannes. , Grasse, Nice, Monaco and Italy easily.
The villa is close to supermarkets and the Provencal market.
The sea and its beaches are less than a kilometer away on foot.
The villa is composed, on the ground floor, of a large living room, a dining room, an office area, a bathroom with bathtub as well as a fully equipped open kitchen overlooking a large shaded terrace.
The bedrooms are located upstairs, as is the 2nd bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower.

Lovely Holiday in Cannes Les Bocca

This is a lovely property. So much space. Quality furnishings. Everything you need to make your stay perfect. I loved the outside space which is south facing and there is sun all day. The terrace is shaded. 10 min walk to Cannes le Bocca and maximum 15 minutes to sea front. So much beach to choose from. We had a car so visited Valbonbe Gourdon Antibes. The hosts were very friendly.

Wspaniały dom

Dom, w którym spędziliśmy 8 dni okazał się być strzałem w dziesiątkę. Dom jest bardzo przytulny, gustownie urządzony, czysty, urządzenia wszystkie działają. W chłodne dni nie musisz się martwić, że będzie Tobie zimno, ponieważ sam regulujesz temperaturę według swoich potrzeb. Kuchnia wyposażona jest we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy do gotowania. Na tarasie znajdują się meble ogrodowe oraz grill. Do mieszkania otrzymasz dwie pary kluczy. Pościel czysta, a łóżka bardzo wygodne. W pokojach szafy, do których możesz wypakować swoje ubrania. Pani Anna jest bardzo miłą i elastyczną osobą. Przywitała nas ciastem, mandarynkami oraz butelką wina. W tak miłym otoczeniu szybko się zapomina, że jest to wyjazd służbowy. Mamy nadzieję, że za rok ponownie tu wrócimy. Dziękujemy

Wonderful house

super condition of the house everything for the daily needs was there, the landlords thought of everything Kitchen and bathroom modern and as good as new rooms were like on the photos free parking available in the street 2 bakers within walking distance around the corner quiet neighbourhood without noise Landlord always available and helpful

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette maison très fonctionnelle, superbement équipée, très calme, sans parler de la literie qui est magique. Nous étions la pour le travail, et avons vraiment apprécié la proximité avec les commerces, et le calme de la propriété. Merci encore.
