Loved the house, but some of the doors were hard to close all the way. We'd think a door (or set of double doors) was closed, then a simple push would open them. The water in the upstairs bathroom took a very long to get hot. Other than that everything was perfect.

The property was an amazing location with a good view of Thumb Butte. I would definitely stay here again. The property is handled by the owner and a couple others so someone is always available if you need it. We were able to get a hold of someone late at night when we had a problem at check in. They were also quick to remedy the situation and handled everything very professionally.

We travel to Prescott often and have stayed in many different VRBO homes. This was the most enjoyable. Note we were only two couples. The home was beautiful, unique, comfortable and peaceful. Its location was optimum, close to downtown but far enough to have a sense of privacy. Besides the home being beautiful, the outdoor space was amazing. We truly enjoyed learning how to make pizzas in the pizza oven. I suggest that anyone staying here experience this. Note, it takes an hour or two to get good hot coals in the oven.

We loved our stay! The views from the different seating areas were fantastic! The rooms were all beautiful and spacious. I would’ve been happy staying in any of the bedrooms, comfortable beds with views! Kitchen is equipped with everything to cook whatever you want. Had fun using the pizza oven outside. Hope to stay here again.
