Mala organización en las instrucciones de entrega de llaves , no coincidía teléfono al que debíamos contactar . Gracias a unos vecinos que contactaron con propietario porque sino nos quedamos en la calle . Verbo tampoco podía contactar , en fin fatal. Después la casa con olor muy desagradable a grasa vieja , estaba sucia , el resto todo como en las fotos . No habían sábanas ni toallas, decían que lo teníamos que haber pedido.......pero nos la proporcionaron .

Schönes Haus in ruhiger, gepflegter Gegend

Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, besonders die Küche hat alles, damit man wirklich gut kochen kann. Es gibt sogar ein Raclette.

Keurig verzorgd huis op een prima locatie; winkels, bakkers en restaurants zeer dichtbij. Jammer, maar niet onoverkomelijk, dat er geen WIFI is. Prima voor een fijne vakantie.

Maison propre et très bien placée, quartier calme dans l ensemble ,nous avons mangé dehors tous le temps de façon agréable,quelques jeunes en scooter mais rien de vraiment dérangeant, a 10 mns en voiture environ des différentes plages. Un petit investissement en général dans la literie (matelas) et ce serait top La clim est un grand plus surtout pour les pics de chaleur, le seul bémol est à l étage où il y en aurait grands besoin d'une de plus les ventilateurs ne font que brasser l'air chaud.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, proche de Cap d'Agde, Grau d'Agde, Marseillan... Par contre, le quartier est assez bruyant quand quelques personnes s'amusent à faire ronfler leurs motos! Il manque une petite table dans la cuisine.

Een heerlijke vakantie in een compleet ingericht huis met royale tuin

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in deze ruime en goedvoorziene woning. Het was fijn dat we vooral buiten konden verblijven en de tuininrichting bood voldoende mogelijkheden voor zon en schaduw. De loggia was vooral 's avonds een fijne plek om te zitten. Het huis was meer dan goed voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Tot aan de kleinste details was gedacht. Helaas hebben we ook enkele minpunten ervaren. Het beddengoed is door ons als minder prettig ervaren. Ons advies is om dit zelf mee te nemen. Ook viel de hoeveelheid verkeer dat dagelijks de woning passeerde ons tegen. En de vijf buurjongens die dagelijks hun motoren moesten testen aan het eind van de middag en begin van de avond hebben niet bijgedragen aan onze rust.

Une maison bien placée pour les activités

Points négatifs : environnement bruyant circulation devant la maison bcp de scooters. Il y a des frais de ménage d un montant de 75 euros, a ce prix là nous pensions que nous n avions pas a faire le ménage eh ben si de fond en comble. En fait ces frais servent a nettoyer la saleté des anciens locataires ...cool

Maison fonctionnelle, extérieur agréable et idéal pour les chiens

Séjour très agréable, seul bémol il n’y a pas la climatisation à l’étage, donc il n’est pas possible d’y dormir, il y fait vraiment trop chaud. Mme Monthaux très gentiment, nous a fait parvenir 2 ventilateurs, mais malheureusement ça ne fait que brasser l’air chaud. Vu que 2 des 3 chambres se trouvent à l’étage cela est un peu dommage qu’il n’y a pas la climatisation.

Belle maison bien équipée

Très bien accueillie par Mme. Montault à notre arrivée. La maison était très propre et les explications très claires. Le jardin est propre, entretenu et grand qui permet aux enfants de s'amuser. La maison en elle même est bien équipée pour 8 personnes sauf peut être la table du jardin un peu petite. Le rez de chaussé est climatisé mais à l'étage 2 ventilateurs seraient un plus pour les nuits chaudes. Quartier très calme et proche des commerces. Facilité de parking dans la rue. Quelques points à revoir : Climatisation dans la chambre du RDC qui sent mauvais et évacuation de l'eau difficile dans les salles d'eau dès notre arrivée. Disponible sur place, lit parapluit bébé, lit d'appoint supplémentaire, table à repassé, fer, etc. Petit plus de la maison : Beaucoup de rangement dans les chambres à l'étage. Maison bien éclairée et espacée. Petit plus Covid19 : Maison désinfectée et protèges lits, couettes et oreillers neufs sur tous les lits. Je recommande et j'y retournerais sans hésitation.

Superbe location

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli dans la maison de Patrice. La maison est spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Un grand jardin avec tout le matériel pour profiter de l’extérieur. La maison est à proximité des commerces et les plages sont accessibles à moins de 10 minutes en voiture. Nous avons adoré notre séjour en pays d’Agde. Assurément nous reviendrons.
