The apartment is located in a recent and modern small residence, which is very quiet and bright.
you can access the communal pool easily, it is free to access and you can enjoy the deckchairs that are on the terrace of the apartment. it is very nice for a family because it is close to the beach, 3 minutes walk and close to the port of St Florent 5 min by car.
there is free parking at the bottom of the residence.
you can enjoy the WIFI
possibility to rent a semi-rigid boat Capelli tempest 6m50 150CV, if you are interested you just have to contact me on my mobile and I will guide you.
