Great property

This property had a great location and just as described. Make sure you bring beach chairs as there are none with the unit and will cost you $275 for the week to rent 2. Kitchen was fully stocked and beds were comfortable!

Great Place!

We loved our stay! The condo was very clean. It slept 6 comfortably with the pull-out bed. It does have a washer and dryer, but it is a very small capacity. The balcony was spacious for 4 people. It is a very short walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful!The pool was great! Restaurants, mini golf,and ice cream are across the street.

The Condo was very nice. I would stay there again. The unit did need a paint job and the screen door was in need of replacing. I may possibly rent it again next year. Do you get any discount for repeat renters?

Rental process and communication was great. The room was okay but did have some issues. Outside area was clean and pool was clean. Was never over crowded. Access to the beach was a very nice plus with a 4 year old.

Unit 511 is what you see!

Unit 511 is what you see, clean, comfortable, well stocked, short walk to white sands and from the corner balcony you can see the sand and the water. But best of all the unit is on the 5th floor so you can open doors and windows to listen to the tide!

Spring Break April 1-8, 2023

The property is easy to get to and no issues parking. The beach and pool were not too crowded, however the hot tub was closed the whole week. It was very laid back and chill, with none of the typical spring break foolishness going on. One elevator did not work and the one that did was somewhat slow. The room was sufficiently clean, and we had no issues at all with any of the amenities. I would definitely stay there again!

Spoke with several people, very unorganized. Signed paperwork 3 times, Room needs a little paint and tlc. Mattresses in Large bedroom were horrible. Tv never did come on in the same bedroom. Cover over shower spout in large bedroom bath rusted out needing replaced. Wall going in front door on right scratched up really bad.Was an expensive stay for quality received.
