🏖️Aqua 1410 Oceanfront; King/Dbl beds, 2 full baths

Aqua is a luxury condo located on the quieter west side of PCB and is one of the best complexes in the area. Aqua 1410 has a private balcony accessible from both the living room "and" master bedroom.

We provide FREE beach chairs from Mar - Oct to maximize your beach enjoyment - a savings of $50+ daily.

The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with with a regular coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, microwave, blender and kitchen tools to prepare a meal. The kitchen table seats four. The family room has a flat screen tv with cable, queen sleeper sofa and two comfy chairs.

The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king size bed, flat screen tv with cable and access to the balcony. Enjoy spectacular views of the gulf and even a peaceful moon at night from the MBR! The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and an en suite master bath with granite counter tops, soaking tub and a separate glass shower.

In addition to the MBR, there's a "bonus" room with a full size bed and nightstand. The second full bath is conveniently located across the hallway.

Aqua offers great amenities ~ a heated indoor pool, two beach pools, hot tub, steam room, poolside cafe with cocktails (daily drink specials) and a kid's program.

We're within walking distance (.4 miles) to Pier Park - 125+ stores, restaurants, live music, IMAX theater, Dave & Busters and more!

AQUA is convenient to Hwy 79 and I-10. Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport is approx 15 min drive from our condo.

Wonderful location for vacation.

This is the second time we have booked room 1410 @ Aqua. The owners Larry & Rebecca have always made sure our stay wonderful! The housekeeper does an excellent job in preparing the condo for our stay. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great condo within walking distance

This was a beautiful condo within walking distance of many restaurants and good shopping. Owners were nice to work with and allowed us to stay an extra day when I had incorrect checkout date.

Great place to stay~

Loved this condo! Had a magnificient view of the beach and the pier! Loved having doors to the balcony from both, the living room and the master bedroom. The condo itself was decorated tastefully and had everything we needed for our week long stay as well as plenty of room for my family of four. Would definitely stay there again. Stunning view!

This unit is absolutely stunning. It’s even better than in the pictures. We loved the location. It’s so close to Pier Park and you can walk to Shukums or Diego’s for lunch. The balcony made for a perfect view of the 2022 ball drop and fireworks off of the pier.

Beautiful Condo

We stayed here last minute after having to leave a different condo due to it being dirty. This condo was spotless and well maintained! Comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen, and comfortable living room furniture. Mr. Roy was excellent to deal with and communication was great! Would definitely stay again!

Excellent condo at great property

I have stayed at many condos at Aqua over the years and this was the nicest by far. More recently updated than most, beautifully furnished, and had everything my boyfriend and I needed. The owner contacted me via email as soon as I booked and then again a few weeks before our stay with door, gate codes, and other instructions. Super friendly and eager to accommodate. I highly recommend this condo!

Amazing View, but could have been cleaner

The ocean view was amazing! Very nice to just step out on the patio and soak in the view and sun. Could see the sunset every night. The instructions for checking in were thorough anf clear and was very smooth. That being said, the condo was only surface level clean. Floor felt dirty when barefoot, there were toenails on the patio furniture and floor (pretty gross), bugs in the light for the master bath shower, dust along the tub, some silverware and plates needed to be hand washed before using. All relatively small things but they added up. One other thing we noticed was the beach chairs pictured are not the beach chairs the resort provided, somewhat misleading, but we were able to reserve chairs regardless, which was nice. Overall, it was a nice quick getaway for my wife and I and we got the relaxing weekend we were looking for. I would recommend, but hope the owner is more mindful of some of the cleanliness issues for future guests.

My favorite part was the location. Right across the street from Shuckums! The room was great. The only complaint and it’s not really a problem is that there was not a clothes hamper to take the clothes back and forth to the bedroom or just to put the dirty laundry in. Everything was great though! Highly recommend!

Absolute best place ive ever stayed in.. pics dont do it justice bc the sunsets on that balcony are spectacular! Check in instructions are spot on and everything was so thought out and well taken care of. Beds are super comfy and having plenty towels and wash rags made me so happy as well as the cooler bag and complimentary chairs. This place is such a center hub for activities and they were all in walking distance. Best vacay ever! Thanks for making my birthday weekend so special ... ill be making this a yearly visit for sure!

The location was excellent in relations to the event we were attending. Appliances were in excellent condition. The only concern was the bed linen. According to the owner the dryer made dark spots on it. I suggest purchasing new linen and repairing the dryer. Overall, the accommodations would get a 4.5 star rating.

Excellent place in PCB!

This condo exceeded our expectations! Larry is an excellent communicator & it is clear he takes pride in his property. The kitchen is well stocked for those that would like to eat meals in & the accomodations are top notch! We have stayed in many condos along the Gulf Coast & wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. My only hesitation in sharing a great review is that it won't be available the next time we want to visit!

Great location & plenty of space

I had a good idea what I was in for going in as I know someone who stayed in this exact unit the year before. I traveled with my 14 yr old son, my 16 yr old daughter and one of her friends. We were never short of things to do even when the weather wasn't exactly what we'd hoped for. We would happily return.

Just Right!

We loved the week we spent in PCB at Aqua 1410!! Very comfortable condo, fast elevators, gorgeous scenery!! Loved all the close by shops and Pier Park just a bit further! Shuckums and Diego’s had great food and drinks!! Kitchen was well equipped with needed items and Keurig. Comfortable balcony furniture and beach service! Note: extra room has curtain, not a door just fyi. We hope to be back soon!!
