The condo was clean and kitchen was well equipped. Property was well maintained and close to Target, Walmart and restaurants. The pools were lovely and beach was paradise.You want to stay here!

A Wonderful Stay in Panama City Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay with Emerald Coast Destinations! The room and views were absolutely beautiful, and the location couldn't have been better. Beach service was excellent throughout our trip. Parking and elevator access were convenient, which made coming and going a breeze. The pools and pool facilities were also very nice and well kept. Overall a great experience — we'd definitely book with them again!

The view is beautiful. The location is close enough to Pier Park to walk to everything. The unit could have been cleaner but I could live with that. The bed is comfortable and the unit has a humidity control system. I would recommend an exterminator contract. We notified our host on Monday of our discovery and what we did in order to continue our stay and they were contacting maintenance but didn’t hear anything else.

Good Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was fine, but did have difficulties with getting in. The door code that was emailed was the wrong door code. The access code send in the email for property gates was not the correct one. They didn't give instructions on what code to use to enter the gate at the parking garage. And the kiosk for printing the parking pass did not work properly. But once all that was settled, the rest of the vacation went smoothly.

Great stay

Great location, beautiful view and nice furnishings. Only minor complaint was one of the two bathrooms was not thoroughly cleaned, however the rest of the unit was spotless. I would no doubt stay here again!

The room was clean and beautiful. The view on the balcony was breathtaking. The bedrooms and living room provided all the space needed for gathering and sleeping and the kitchen was amazing for prepping and eating together. Access to the beach was easy and my son LOVED the pools. We definitely will return hopefully once a year to this exact same room!

Vacation rental 2010

Vacation rental very nice and clean. Had an issue with A/C one day, it was fixed in a timely matter. All information we needed was sent before we arrived which made it a very easy check in and out process. Overall great place to stay.

Relaxing and Stress Free

From the time we booked to the time we left it was wonderful because we had no hassle or stress about our booking. The room was perfect for my family of 4 and was very clean and well stocked with towels and wash clothes. I hope to come back to stay again next year.
