About this property

LARGE 6 BR HOME 7-10 Beds for Large Groups or Contractors Needing Long Term Stay

This is a Large Brick Ranch Home with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

On the main floor there is 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in hallway and a 3/4 bathroom in master bedroom.

In finished basement there is a 2nd master bedroom and 2 other bedroom plus another full bathroom. That makes a total of 3 showers in the house.

There are 7 beds in the house currently, but we can add 2 or 3 more twin beds/mattresses if needed in the lower level family room and can sleep 12-15 people if needed.

The house has a separate room for the washer and dryer plus a nice kitchen counter with sink in the lower level of the house.

The house is located in a very popular area close to Valley Junction with old historic stores and eating places. Plus local events and farmer's market. There is Jordan Creek Mall ( HUGE) for those for modern national chain stores and restaurants. Plus, nearby you have a grocery store and small ma/pa eating places.
There is a middle school across the street for kids to play at if desired.
