At the heart of an old farm whose main house was renovated for a cottage in 2015, the barn has just been renovated in a resolutely contemporary style.
It houses two cottages, the Saint Valery (6 people) and the Saint Jacques ('4 people p) which can be made communicating to accommodate up to 10/12 people under the same roof.
Gite SAINT VALERY has two bedrooms (one for two people and one for four people), two bathrooms and two separate toilets.

Wir haben in den letzten Jahren sehr viele Ferienwohnung gebucht. Diese FEWO wird sehr lieblos geführt. Die Ansprache vor Ort sehr launisch. Wir sprechen französisch!In der Beschreibung wir die gestellte Bettwäsche aufgeführt. Von Handtüchern die NICHT gestellt werden, ist keine Rede. HANDTÜCHER KÖNNEN SIE IM SUBERMARKT KAUFEN!! So die Ansage der „Betreiberin“.Das Gebäude ist laut Beschreibung ca. 10 Jahre alt. Jetzt, nach sovielen Jahren, wäre der richtige Zeitpunkt, einmal die Fenster zu putzen, Ausstattung abgenutzte und/oder ausrangierte Möbel aus der eigenen Wohnung. Braucht man nicht wirklich. Die auf den Fotos abgebildetes Treppen sind deutlich steiler. Für Kinder ungeeignet. Es gibt einiges zu tun. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nicht wieder.Bonjour!

Osterferien in Ambleteuse

Als Gruppe von insgesamt 10 Personen haben wir eine tolle Woche in den beiden Gites in Ambleteuse verbracht. Die Häuser waren sehr chic eingerichtet und vollständig ausgestattet. Toll für die Kinder war der riesige abgeschlossene Garten. Mit den Vermietern konnten wir leicht kommunizieren und sie waren sehr hilfsbereit. Der Meerzugang in Ambleteuse mit dem Fort ist sehr schön. Zum den beiden Caps und den benachbarten Dörfern kann man tolle Wanderungen entlang des Meeres unternehmen. Kurz: Wir hatten eine erlebnisreiche Woche an der Côte Opale, die wir bislang noch nicht bereist hatten.

Autumn Adventure

Our hosts were amazing! Our car broke down on the first day of our stay. My French is fine when it comes to buying bread but not when it is about discussing car parts... Marie and Pierre went above and beyond to help us - they called the garage for us, took us there, negotiated our case and also gave us a lift again to collect the car on the last day of our stay. Sorry again for causing all this hassle, you were great! The accommodation itself was fab as well and just a few minutes' walk from the sea. We went for long walks on the beach (it is possible to walk to the next village on the beach when the tide is low).

Urlaub in Ambleteuse

Die Eigentümer sind unglaublich nett und bemüht bei Fragen sofort zu helfen. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß, stets gepflegt und für Kinder ein Paradies! Leider sind insbesondere die Bäder nicht mehr in dem abgebildeten Zustand. Es wäre schön die Raumaufteilung online erkennen zu können (beide WCs sind beispielsweise separat ohne Waschbecken/Möglichkeit zu lüften). Die Treppe ins Obergeschoss sollte gerade mit kleinen Kindern nicht unterschätzt werden - sie ist sehr steil und durch die Holztreppen rutschig. Über Betten und Matratzen lässt sich ja bekanntlich streiten - wir haben hier allerdings extrem schlecht geschlafen.

Très beau gîte, très calme. Équipement complet, moderne et harmonieux. Propriétaire très aimable. Remise de clés à l'arrivée et au départ facile. 5' jusqu'au fort Vauban et la plage. Magnifique région, village paisible. Belles promenades possible dans les environs permettant d'admirer la nature et le paysage.

Wir haben die Tage in dieser sehr besonderen Ferienunterkunft sehr genossen. Besonders das große Grundstück hat uns super gefallen. Der Ort ist authentisch und angenehm ruhig. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich.
