VILLA CLIMATISEE WITH SWIMMING POOL 800m FROM THE SEA WITH WIFI
To enjoy a beautiful holiday on the Côte d'Azur in the Var at Saint Raphael,
We offer our beautiful house with an area of 140m2 with secure pool, near the sea (800 m) sandy beaches or so beautiful quiet coves, in a quiet and residential area but close to all amenities. The city center of Boulouris with its traders and Saint Raphael is only 2 km. Bakery and pharmacy at 700m. For those who still need to stay connected, a free WIFI connection is available in the house.
The villa sleeps 8 people and has all the comforts for a successful holiday.
Upstairs: entrance, 2 bedrooms, one with shower and sink, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 separate toilet, 1 large living room with kitchen with large central island and friendly lounge all overlooking a terrace.
On the ground floor: F2 with a bedroom and bathroom with toilet, kitchen and living room with sofa bed and TV. Direct access under a terrace and garden.
The pool of 8x4m is very practical and pleasant because it has a submerged beach of 2m by 20 cm of water to dabble quietly. The maximum depth is 1. 55 m.
Sun loungers and parasol are available around the pool for your comfort.
And to enjoy maximun pool house equipped with table and chairs, sink, fridge, dishwasher and of course the barbecue.
A ping pong table is also available.
A large car park inside the property can accommodate several vehicles.

Très belle villa au calme avec tout le confort
Nous avons passé 2 belles semaines dans cette très belle villa, très bien équipée et facile à vivre. Très belle piscine et bien entretenus par les propriétaires. Nous avons très vite pris nos marques. N'ayant pas de voiture, nous nous sommes faits livrer les courses plusieurs fois par le géant Casino situé à Fréjus. Les propriétaires sont très prévenants tout en étant discrets et ont à cœur de rendre votre séjour des plus agréables. Nous en gardons un excellent souvenir.

Super séjour dans une très belle villa
Superbe villa, moderne, fonctionnnelle, agréable, et très bien entretenue. Equipements au top, literie confortable, rien ne manque ! Le jardin, la cuisine d'été, la piscine, la table de ping pong, le terrain de pétanque, sans oublier le wifi pour les ados, tout est là pour passer un séjour sans faute. Sans oublier l'accueil sympathique et chaleureux de Christelle et Patrice, les propriétaires. Bref, villa à louer sans hésiter !

Etre à l aise dans une maison sur-équipée. Un plaisir à partager.
Cette villa sur-équipée ( 3 frigos, 2 machines à laver, 3 coins cuisine, 6 espaces de rencontre et de partage dont 4 extérieurs...) est parfaite pour notre groupe de 6 adultes. . Chacun était vite à l'aise et avons bien profité de la piscine.. Nous remercions nos hôtes pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité.Nous recommandons vivement cette location.
