Semi-detached house 115 m² with peaceful garden and 300 m from a sandy beach (Juan-les-Pins)
2 parking spaces in closed private driveway.
Our main residence has 4 bedrooms for 7 people maximum:
2 double beds (1x160cm and 2x140 cm),
1 single bed (120 cm)
A fully equiped kitchen.
2 shower rooms + 1 bathroom and 2 WCs.
Closed little garden and nice terrace with table for 8 people for meals.
Please ask questions before booking.
Still available: 12/07 to 9/08 (privileged fortnight)
Household linen provided on request.
