11A is a beautifully appointed two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat offering a wonderful combination of spacious accommodations, upscale comfort, and relaxed resort living. Bright and welcoming, this thoughtfully designed unit provides an inviting setting for families or friends looking to enjoy everything Sleepy Hollow Beach Resort has to offer.

The spacious open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area creates a natural gathering place where everyone can relax and spend time together. A charming wood-burning fireplace serves as a warm and inviting focal point of the living area, adding character and creating the perfect atmosphere for cozy evenings at the resort. A queen-size sleeper sofa provides additional accommodations, allowing 11A to comfortably sleep up to six guests.

The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a full-size bottom bunk with a twin bunk above, making it an excellent arrangement for families or guests seeking flexible sleeping accommodations. Cottage 11A was perfect for our family trip to South Haven! The home was clean and exactly as pictured and described. We loved having access to the beach with a short walk and took advantage of so many other special touches of the resort like the pool, playground, bikes, and sport areas. I’m not typically one to stay in the same place twice but would definitely stay here again!

Great weekend at Sleepy Hollow Resort

This is the 2nd time we stay at Sleepy Hollow! First time was girls weekend and this time with our hubby's! We all loved it here and plan to be back!

It was decorated so cute. It just made it fun. It had everything pretty much you could think of in the kitchen. Pool was lovely especially liked the beach. Everything was close and proximity.

cottage was really cute in R/W/B nautical theme. Lots of towels, private beach, friendly neighbors. Cottage had cooking utensils, A/C, ceiling fans, tv in living room and bedroom. Two full bathrooms. Fireplace, back deck with table and chairs.

It was organized. It was clean. It was beautiful and our cottage had all the comforts of a home. Appreciated all the amenities. Both pantry closets were so full. I think it would be nicer if they were cleaned out and a little more organized, it kind of looked like everything was thrown in there. The decorating was very tasteful and quaint. We reserved for next summer.!!

My only complaint would be that not all lights were functional (some bulbs burned out). However, that was not a real problem during my stay and I did not remember to report it after I left.

We called last minute and the lady at the front desk ( older lady) was very helpful. We arrived late at night and we called the front desk to inform them we would arrived 15 minutes before they close. The young lady who answered the phone was very short and unpleasant. She was extremely unhelpful. The young man helped us find our room. He was pleasant. The day we checked out, we had a chance to chat with the lovely older lady who was a pleasure to talk to. We would have given 5 stars to the check in-out process if it was not for the unpleasant young lady.

Great family fun vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a week at Sleepy Hollow this year and last making it now a family tradition. There is something there for everyone . The grandchildren are busy in the morning with arts and crafts or just hanging out on the playground. The pool is clean and safe. Lake Michigan is amazing and having a family campfire at night after watching the sunset is truely the best. Jackie in the office is always ready to assist you as well as all the other employees of the resort. We called to let them know that the screen door was ripped and within the hour they came and took it away and repaired it...
