Newly Renovated Lake of the Ozarks, Lake Front Resort with lake side cabins ready for Summer Fun. Private Boat Docks, 2 Pools, Boat Ramp right in front of the cabin, what more could you ask for. Bring Fido.. WOOF... These cabins have been BRAND NEWLY REMODELED and are ready for Summer Fun. Large Pavilion for family gatherings. There are 4 two bedroom Cabins, 4 single bedroom Studios and two more 3 bedroom houses at the end. Let us know if you have a large gathering and maybe we can get everyone on the same property for your reunion or large family gathering. Large BBQ, play ground for the kids all in a NO-WAKE COVE perfect for swimming. No need to drive for miles looking for a boat ramp. Its right there ready for you to launch, park the trailer and start the fun!!! Shop till ya drop and boat till ya pop. Gulf for days or just get some rays. Get ready for Summer Fun because here is comes!

Very relaxing

We had a relaxing time. The only downside was one of the main reasons we picked this place was the pool and lake. We found out on check in the resort didn't own the pool but we did have access to it. The problem was it seemed everyone in the area had access and one day it became quite crowded and we kinda got pushed out due to overcrowding. Also, the pool system seemed not to be working properly. The lake was beautiful and we did see a lot of wildlife. It was mostly quiet with the exception of the overcrowding day.

Thanks for your review. The pool is available for the neighbor OWNERS and their guests. It appears that everyone had the same idea on the same day in July "POOL" I'm glad that you at lease enjoyed the accommodations that are under our control.

Peace & Quiet /Affordable

We were looking for a peaceful & quiet place to relax, enjoy nature, have a pool for swimming & not too far to drive to restaurants. We felt this place had it all. Unfortunately, the swimming pool owners were having trouble with the algae or something & it was green. Still, on the 90 degree day we were there we sat in the kids' pool which was really nice & enjoyable. Our cabin was remodeled & clean, but, the floors must have been forgotten by the housekeeper. There was dust under sofa & beds & an empty, spilled McDonald's cup under one of the beds. Floors were dirty. (I did message the property manager & he offered housekeeping to come out but we told him we could deal with it, just wanted him to be aware.) Other than that, it was very clean. They need to replace the refrigerator (it's broken at the bottom) & the freezer does not make ice & does not have ice trays. The chairs at the table are rickety and need some attention or replacing. Screws need to be tightened. My husband was afraid it was going to break on him. TV was good & porch sitting , deer sightings were the highlights. Overall a very good place to stay & I hope these comments help others when choosing their lodging and I also help the owners to improve their rental.

Thanks for your review. It seems that we did not meet your expectations, and for that Im sorry. We dont normally have people lift out the sofa and crawl under the beds looking for dirt. If finding a McDonalds cup under the bed makes the floors dirty, Im truely sorry. We do always offer house keeping for anyone that has a problem with the cleanliness of the cabins. We completed the renovations this past Spring, and furniture is being replaced this winter. On the pool issue, please note that you were here at the end of the season past Labor Day. We never promise the pools will be running as we are at the mercy of Mother Nature. This is one of the reasons we offer OFF SEASON pricing, which you did receive. Great location, relaxing stay!

The location in the back of a large cove was perfect for fishing! The convenience of having the boat dock right outside our door was great. Pool was a nice bonus :) Cabins were clean. Owner was super nice and accommodating. Highly recommend!
