After a long day of skiing, hiking or fishing light a fire in our wood burning stove and sip wine in our wooden retreat. Or take a hot tub or sauna in the community's facilities. This home truly has everything to make your vacation comfortable and enjoyable.

Property was a great location and perfect for a ski trip. We drove to the Main and Canyon Lodges, however the bus stop was a very short walk away. The condo was clean and comfortable with all of the amenities described. We’d definitely stay again. Thank you!

Wonderful Mammoth Getaway!

Very cozy and convenient to town of Mammoth Lakes. Roomy and plenty of space to gather as friends to share means and play games together. Really helpful to have extra amenities such as humidiers and heaters in each room. Overall, perfect place to getaway to the mountains and enjoy the wonderful winter scenery.

Spring Break at Mammoth

We had a great time at Mammoth for Spring Break. The condo is conveniently located and it was easy to walk to and from the village and/or catch the bus. The unit was clean and comfortable with room for everyone. Communication with the owners was super easy and they were very responsive. My only concern was that one of the burners on the stove did not work. Not something that can be easily remedied and it did not impact our stay in any significant way.

Great summer getaway

The property has everything you need for a great getaway. The location is great for walking to the village. The unit is accurately described. It was the little extras that made it a great summer rental. There were plenty of fans to help with the summer mammoth heat that’s inevitable. I love condos with ice makers and in addition there were several frozen cooler packs in freezer which were great for taking to the lake. There were 2 beach chairs which was a pleasant surprise. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, cutlery, and everything we needed. The washer & dryer is amazing in any season- we had both wet ski clothes and dirty beach towels so it was great to not have to bring home a bunch of dirty laundry. Overall, just a really nice unit. Very homey. The TV worked great and there was a strong selection of games to play. I’d definitely come back! Communication with the owner was fast and helpful.

New Year's in Mammoth

Our stay over New Year's weekend was wonderful. I would have given cleaniness a 5 star, however we found a child's beanie under one of the pillows in a chair in the living room. The condo was nice for our group of 6, all of us mostly adults, as it was walking distance to the village and was cozy. The beds are not that comfortable, but bedding was clean and nothing beats your own bed. The loft bunk beds creaked a lot and my teenagers complained that it woke them up during the night. Appreciated the humidifiers and the stocked kitchen utensils...only thing missing was tongs. I would definitely stay again and would keep my guests to 6 max.

Nice Condo

We enjoyed our time at the Condo - there are just a couple things to note: lots of stairs!! To get into Condo have to go up flight of stairs, then once inside to get to bedrooms you either have to go upstairs or downstairs to bathroom and bedrooms - no bathroom on main floor. The only other issue is the queen bed upstairs - the mattress was uncomfortable. The main floor was wonderful and decorated nicely and had plenty of cookware and dishes. Overall good experience and would recommend.

My husband and I have wanted to own property in Mammoth Lakes for many years. I am an interior designer by trade and so the remodel underwent to make it our home. We love the space now and can't wait to spend many years making family memories with our children and friends.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this property for our family! So close to the village ski lifts and dining. As well as two miles from the lakes for fishing. Hiking is fabulous in the summer! We are an active family that enjoys all mammoth has to offer in every season. This home is perfectly situated for us.
We do ask that you do not bring pets as our daughter is highly allergic and suffers from asthma.

What makes this property unique

Location is important to us. We knew this property was close to chair lifts in the winter and close to fishing spots in the summer!
