About this property

Detached 2-bedroom villa with mezzanine in a pine forest - Very quiet location

Very close to Hardelot beach and the center, the villa, a second home, is quietly located in a pine forest, a residential area.
Arranged in a harmonious way, it opens onto large bay windows offering an atmosphere of nature and full tranquility at the foot of the pines.

On site, I can forget my car in the private parking lot, quiet among the pines and close to everything.

On foot or by bike, all the pleasures of strolling on the paths traced in the dunes or forests, the joys of the beach and the sea, diversified and original sports activities.
The sea, the beach (800 m) and its more than 3 kms of golden sand, the dunes, the forest, the two 18-hole golf courses.

Many sports activities on site: swimming, of course, sailing club, kite-surfing, sand yachting, speed-sailing, sea kayaking, all forms of sea fishing, horse riding club and pony club, tennis, etc. .
On site, “family plus” activities: children's club and activities (Station labeled Festi-mômes)

Also on site, with family or friends, enjoy many quality restaurants, crêperies, shops, cinema, bicycle rentals and pedal karts

Near your villa (5 to 15 kms), many possibilities for activities and leisure including river fishing, 1st and 2nd category, multiple visits. Further also, as the region is rich in its potential.

During the summer holidays, the rental is done primarily for the week from Saturday 4 p.m. (4 pm) to Saturday 11 a.m. (11 am).
Outside of the summer school holidays, more flexibilities are offered.

A little peace of paradise

We simply loved staying at the wonderful house which feels in the middle of the forest with full view to the pine trees and you can walk to a perfectly white sand beach. The house itself has everything you need for a relaxed vacation, and great host and welcome. Lovely area, we will return!

Hide-away sous le pins

We stayed for 10 days in this beautiful house with our 2-year old daughter.The house is sorrounded by pine trees,very quiet and a lot of sand (and toys👍) for our daughter to play with.Its just a 10-minutes walk to the beach and the city center where tou can find anything you need. We had a really beautiful,calm and relaxing time in la Forestière and recommand it to everybody who needs to relax🙏 A big “Merci“ to our hosts Odile and Eric.They were so friendly and helpful (and answered me all my questions😌).

Wir haben unsere Woche nach der Hauptsaison sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft war ruhig und wir hatten das Gefühl in dem Wäldchen allein zu sein. Es war alles vor Ort, um sich gemütlich zu verpflegen. Spaziergänge am Strand und in den Dünen haben alles abgerundet.

Wunderbares Kleinod im Pinienwald direkt am Ortsrand

Ein einsames Häuschen im Wald und gleichzeitig direkt angebunden an alle Annehmlichkeiten und Versorgungsmöglichkeiten einer Ortschaft - das gelingt in La Forestière, mit gläsernen Wänden direkt im Wald zu wohnen und doch fußläufig zu Strand und Ortskern zu sein. Wir haben eine sehr entspannende Woche mit neuen Entdeckungen, tollen Stränden und kulinarischen Highlights verbracht und können nur jedem empfehlen, die Hauts-de-France von hier aus zu entdecken.

Gartenhäuschen

Von Villa leider keine Spur - ein in die Jahre gekommenes Gartenhäuschen. Für 5 Personen ausgeschrieben - gibt es auf der nicht wirklich vorhandenen Terasse 2 abgenutze Sitzmöglichkeiten :-( Der Grill ist seit Jahren nicht gesäubert worden und auch drinnen gibt es viel Nachholebedarf. Die Toilette kann von einem großen Mann nur benutzt werden, wenn er die Tür auflässt - ansonsten passen die Beine nicht dahinter. Zum Glück hatten wir sehr schönes Wetter und konnten draußen die Umgebung erkunden. Die ist wirklich sehr schön. Das Haus ist sehr enttäuschend und die Bilder im Internet zeigen nicht den derzeitigen Zustand.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche. Die Ferienwohnung ist zauberhaft und die Möglichkeiten direkt davor mit Sand spielen zu können war für unsere Kinder toll. Es ist ein sehr ruhiger Ort und das haben wir sehr genossen!

Wunderschönes Haus im Pinienwald - hell, entspannt, herrlich ;-)))

Wir konnten Anfang April (bei herrlichstem Wetter) bei Odile & Eric eine sehr entspannte Ferienwoche verbringen. Vorab: unsererseits eine Empfehlung, insbesondere für Familien oder auch Paare! Schöne Gegend und genau das richtige Haus dafür. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die gute und schnelle Kommunikation. Es war immer jemand erreichbar. Odile und Eric sind herzliche, sich kümmernde Vermieter. Das Haus ist auf eine kleinen Anhöhe - ganz gut sichtgeschützt - mitten im Pinienwald gelegen. Die Sonne scheint herrlich durch die Bäume, Rehe kommen vorbei, nach dem Regen riecht der Boden im Wald nach Nadeln …Herrlich in LaForestiere. Es ist kein Ferienpark oder so, sondern eine gemeinsame Hausanlage von Eigentümern, die teils selbst dort wohnen/urlauben oder Gästen. Alles sehr ruhig und entspannt. Parkplatz nicht weit vom Haus. Ruhige Gegend. Zur kleinen Einkaufsstraße sind es 10 min zu Fuß, zum Strand weitere 2 Min. Es führt auch ein herrlicher Waldweg in 30 Min zum Plage Epiqhen - super tolles Licht und Ebbe und Flut. Das Haus selbst hat alles, was es braucht. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Gute moderne Küche. Geschirr gut gebraucht, aber so soll es ja auch sein. Bad ist fein. Beim WC ist etwas Geschick gefragt, aber alles machbar. Unten ist ein Elternschlafzimmer, oben stehen zwei Einzelbetten und noch ein kleiner weitere Raum mit einem Bett (mit Tür). Besonders toll ist das Licht durch die große Fensterfront. Man kann alles total verdunkeln (wichtig bei Kleinkindern). Man vergisst dort die Zeit. TV vorhanden, aber gar nicht gebraucht, da wir viel am Küchentisch gespielt haben. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit und würden gern wiederkommen, da die Gegend toll ist. Wir hatten Ausflüge nach Boulongd, Rouen und Lille, sowie viel an der Küste entlang. Alles unkompliziert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten überall, Sport am Strand und Wald möglich. Merci beaucoup an Odile & Eric - wir danken euch für eure Zeit, Gastfreundschaft und lieben Worte bei der Rückgabe. Auf Wiedersehen! :-))))

Nur ein kurzer Moment im eigentlichen Objekt...

Das Haus durfte ich nur kurz begutachten. Der Kontakt war präzise, das Objekt wie beschrieben. Der Eigentümer war sehr zuvorkommend und schrieb schnell zurück. Auch der Concierge vor Ort war schnell und immer erreichbar. Leider musste ich aufgrund eine technischen Defektes das Haus wechseln. Daher gilt die Beschreibung nur für die wenigen Minuten die ich das Haus begutachten durfte. Soweit war aber alles wie beschrieben. Auch der Hauswechsel war easy und problemlos nur innerhalb einer Stunde (!) möglich. Eric war stets erreichbar und sehr bemüht. Ich glaube fest, dass er auch so sehr hilfreich in allen anderen problematischen Situationen gewesen wäre. Und ich finde es gibt nichts wichtigeres in einer fremden Umgebung zu wissen, dass da jemand ist, der einem jederzeit hilft. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.

Un havre de paix au cœur de la nature

De retour d’un séjour à la Forestière, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la situation au cœur de la pinède et les grandes baies vitrées ouvrant la vue sur des paysages magnifiques de la nature. Un cadre propice au repos, au calme et à la détente. La maison est très bien équipée et un point de départ idéal pour de longues balades sur la plage ou dans les dunes ou encore de belles randonnées dans la pinède. Hardelot est un charmant village très sympathique à découvrir. Nous remercions également les propriétaires, Odile et Éric, pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur attention. Ûn gros coup de cœur pour cette maison! Nous rentrons avec l’envie d’y revenir vite!

Une maison confortable, agréable et un bel environnement

Notre séjour hivernal fut court mais reposant dans une maison sereine, belle et agréable. La plage d'Hardelot, tranquille en hiver, n'est pas très éloignée pour y faire de longue promenades, s'initier au char à voile, le speed sail ou le kite surf. Les paysages changeants de la côte sont magnifiques et les oiseaux nombreux. De bonnes tables dans cette petite cité balnéaire et aux alentours.
