This property is in a fast growing area with many higher end condos. New restaurants are popping up in the area. There is a real good vibe in this area of downtown.
What makes this property unique
There is a coffee shop and a restaurant in front of the condo building.y new restaurants have opened in the Roosevelt neighborhood. A half block off the light rail makes it easy to get to City Center, concerts, baseball and basket ball games.
