I found everything I needed, thoroughly enjoyed the garden and the outside sitting area.Our host Annick was very helpful and made herself available whenever we needed her.

Très joli appartement avec petit jardinet. On peut profiter de la terrasse toute la journée. Calme et reposant. Très proche de la plage et des commerces. Une superbe semaine de vacances.

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, saubere Unterkunft mit tollem Garten und viel Privatsphäre. Die Lage ist toll in einem ruhigen und wunderschönen viertel von Royan, ganz nahe am schönsten Teil des Strandes. Check in und Check out unkompliziert. Rundum eine tolle Erfahrung, gerne wieder!

Nous avons passés 6 jours dans l'appartement de Annick.C'était vraiment super, logement très agréable, tout étais au top.Le jardin était vraiment très agréable pour les enfant. Proche des commodités accessible à pieds en 3 mn.Plages et restaurants à proximité. Un grand MERCI à Annick. Nous gardons l'adresse pour un prochain séjour.

Appartement très agréable

L'appartement correspond tout à fait à la description. Il est très fonctionnel, propre, très bien situé (nous pouvons tout faire à pieds : proche de la grande plage avec baignade surveillée, du parc avec aire de jeux pour les enfants, commerces de proximité et petit marché couvert). La grande terrasse est très agréable également. Nous avons été très bien accueillies par Mme MOREAU, qui nous a bien conseillées et qui est très disponible.

L hébergement est tres.birn. seul hic mais les propriétaires ny peuvent rien. Le fait que l appartements soient en quinconce avec ceux d a cote le protège énormément du vent. Donc ce qui a gener pour nous cest le manque de renouvellement d'air mais les propriétaires ne peuvent rien faire. A part cela, joli appart, proches des commerces de 1er nécessité, tres ideale. Ainsi que de la plage, encore plus agréable. Cela a oermibde bonne balade en bord de mer et dans les quartiers.
