120m2 detached house with enclosed garden with trees, comprising 3 bedrooms (2 single beds and 1 double bed), a bathroom with bathtub and a shower room. Large living room with open kitchen overlooking the terrace and the garden.
Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, cooking piano, coffee machine, toaster, kettle ...). In the utility room you will find a washing machine and a dryer.
The house is quiet while being close to the city center and the beach (800m).
In Fouras you will find all the local shops, cafes, restaurants and a market open every day.

A deposit of 1000 euros will be required on the day of your arrival. It will be returned to you within 7 days after your departure.

Super séjour !

Très agréable séjour à Fouras, dans cette maison joliment décorée et propre. Très bien équipée pour petits et grands avec sa piscine et terrasse. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et disponibles. Nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances en profitant des bords de mer et du centre ville tout proches. En prime une ballade en bateau pour Fort Boyard !

La maison est une location de belle qualité; propre, bien située, collée au centre ville et à l’océan, proche du Super U pour les courses, à quelques minutes de La Rochelle, tres bien équipée en électro-menager, sans vis-à-vis, d’un grand calme, la piscine est de taille idéale pour les jeux et la détente, les propriétaires sont tout à fait disponibles durant le séjour pour toutes questions.

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances dans la maison, en juillet 2018 ! Jardin très plaisant pour les enfants, et beaucoup de jeux pour eux aussi. La maison est très bien située dans Fouras. Elle est très propre et bien équipée. Nous la recommandons vivement!
