Best view of Kendall Mountain! Easy & ample truck and trailer parking!

A brand new build - finished in May 2019. Three bedrooms, two baths, in a residential neighborhood in the town of Silverton. Some of the best views of Kendall Mountain from this house. The Altitude Adjustment has a huge yard, fire pit, RV parking and plug-in, granite kitchen counters, laminate flooring, and TV's throughout the house and per bedroom. Great yard to have a small wedding or family gathering (please inquire first). Ride the train up to almost the front door. A ton of parking for trucks and trailers, easy pull through and around access.

Best rental in silverton. Especially if you love watching the trains come and go. Excellent location, walkable to shops and restaurants. Two separate living areas so good for couples staying together. Great well stocked kitchen. Ample parking. Beautiful. Can’t recommend highly enough.

If your going to stay in Silverton, this is the place to stay! Wonderful view from the back porch, looking up at Kendall Mountain, and watching the chipmunks play. We towed our motorcycle in a trailer and plenty of room to park. A short walk to town in your so inclined, (We drove, but we're old) . The property was immaculate! We've stayed in many places in our travels, but this was the cleanest i've ever seen. Oh yeah, if your not jeeping during the day, you can watch the train from Durango come and go.We'll never stay anywhere else on our return visits! Love, love, love the place. Also the host Karen is so nice and easy to contact.

What a beautiful home located right in the heart of Silverton. With the added bonus of getting to watch the famous Silverton-Durango steam train come and go and gorgeous views of Kendall Mtn from the back patio. The home is comfortable and spacious. It's fully stocked with really high quality kitchen appliances and cookware (no toxic teflon pans or cheap black plastic spatulas!). The self-checkin process was super simple and accessible. We really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to coming back.

Our stay at this property was fantastic. The home was extremely clean, spacious, comfortable and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was large and had everyth8 g we needed. We enjoyed sitting out on the back patio watching the train pull in. We were walking distance to everything in town. Really, this stay could not have been nicer. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy in, easy out. Beautiful home in a beautiful location. It was nice and quiet on the backside of town yet convenient walking distance to downtown. Excellent view in all directions.

Amazing stay!!!

When my family and I arrived at the property after a very long drive it was so welcoming. We were all very impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the house. It had all the amenities of home. We have already decided to try and book this location for our trip next year.

Nice cabin with great location in town

We had 2 families stay. The kids loved the bunk room, there was plenty of space with 2 separate living rooms, one upstairs and one down. The kitchen was large with plenty of seating. We could walk to anything we needed in town and being right next to the train was very cool. Owners were very quick with responding to anything we needed. Would stay here again.

Beautiful Home

Our stay was great! The place was very clean, had all the things they said it did. The weather was great and the Durango & Silverton Train can in right behind the house. The kids love it! I would definitely recommend it and stay there again! Thank you for sharing your house!
