Normandy - Cabourg - 150m from the sea

Pretty Caen stone house, full of charm, situated on a private flowered and planted garden of 1600 m2. Cabourg is 4 Kms away. Magnificent beach of 10 Kms at 150m walk.
Ground floor: Entrance, living room with fireplace, large open kitchen, dining room, 1 parent bedroom (180 cm bed) and bathroom. 2 WC.
On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (160 cm beds) each with their bathroom with shower. 2 bedrooms (180 cm or 90 cm x 2 beds). A bathroom with WC.
On the 2nd floor: A TV lounge / games room. 2 beds (90 cm).
House renovated in 2015 and very well equipped (Baby beds, high chairs, dryers, barbecue ...)
Multiple activities: Golf, tennis, kite surfing, biking, shooping, spa, restaurants, historic sites ...
It is our family home; we love it very much and spend many holidays and weekends there. You will feel "at home" there!
In addition: Cleaning costs 80 euros - possibility of providing bed linen and towels (15 euros for a couple - 8 euros single bed)


Beautiful and charming house of 1600sqm, with a private flowered garden. The town Cabourg is only 4 kms away. There is a beautiful beach of 10 kms, at a walking distance (150m from the house).
Ground floor: entrance, living room with fireplace, large opening kitchen, dining room, 1 double bedroom with its private bathroom and 2 toilets.
First floor: 2 double bedrooms with there private shower room. 2 other bedrooms (Beds can be organized as double beds or single beds). There is a common bathroom with a bath and toilets.
Second floor: second living room / TV room / playing room with 2 single beds.
The house has been renovated and is very well equipped (beds for babies, highchair, hair-dryers, barbecue, etc.).
Many activities around: golf, tennis, kite surfing, cycling, shopping, spa, restaurants, historical sites to visit, etc.
This is our family house, we love it a lot and spend there most of our holidays and weekends. You will feel “at home”!

In addition: cleaning fees 50 euros - Possibility to provide furniture of bed linen and towels - 15 euros for a couple / 8 euros for a single bed

Easy, convenient check in. Lovely house with all appliances, crockery, linen and more that you could need. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and a great garden with plenty of space and table tennis. Location very convenient for D Day memorials and museums plus an easy walk to the beach too.

Nous avons passé une semaine excellente en famille. La maison est parfaitement agencée avec des espaces suffisants pour une grande famille, un grand jardin et elle est aussi très bien équipée. La maison est proche de la plage à pieds. Nous avons également apprécié les conseils de notre hôte sur les alentours.

Formidable séjour

La maison de Caroline contient tout ce qu'une famille peut souhaiter pour se retrouver agréablement. Les petits se trouvent dans un endroit rêvé, avec ce magnifique jardin. En cas de pluie, ils disposent également d'une grande pièce de jeu. La mer se trouve vraiment tout à côté, et Caroline nous renseigne avec une grande amabilité. Nous avons fait un debriefing en famille et n'avons trouvé aucun point négatif à notre séjour !

Super séjour !

Tout était parfait! La maison est super. C'est une maison ancienne avec une extension très bien pensée. Très bien équipé (literie confortable, beaucoup de jeux pour les enfants, une salle à de jeux, beaucoup de chambres). La maison était propre. Communication avec la propriétaire en amont parfaite. Le jardin est très bien aménagé, sécurisé pour les enfants. Il y a un grand trampoline. Le salon est très cosy. La maison est située à quelques minutes à pied de la plage, et à quelques minutes en voiture de Cabourg. Bref, tout était parfait! Merci à Caroline pour sa disponibilité.

Super Normandie

Nous, un groupe de 5 couples d’amis majoritairement retraités, avons passé un super séjour en Normandie. Que la région est belle ! Et sous le soleil, pas une goutte de pluie. La maison est magnifique et le jardin très bien entretenu. Elle est idéalement située entre les sites du souvenir et les villes huppées de la côte fleurie. Et quel ravissement de voir au lever du jour l’entraînement des chevaux sur la plage distante seulement de 150 mètres, et ce grâce à un "tuyau" confié avec gentillesse par Caroline, une suggestion parmi ses nombreuses bonnes adresses. On a juste envie d’y revenir .....comme dans la chanson!

Les 15 premiers jours d aout sont très chargés en monde partout et si bruit il y a ,il est lointain, seulement le vendredi et samedi et s arrete à 23h. Quant à la plage, on a la chance qu elle soit très peu frequentee là où nous sommes car il est difficile de s y garer. Bien peu de nuisances par rapport à Cabourg!

A really lovely family home

We so much enjoyed our stay at this very special place. A beautifully furnished family home with everything in excellent working condition. And a wonderful peaceful garden, a super place to relax in the sunshine. The amazing beach was only a 10 minutes walk. Everything absolutely perfect. Would strongly recommend!

Perfect Family House

Absolutely super family house. Lots of comfortable seating. An extremely well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were lovely. The garden was private and there were tables ,chairs, bikes, a playhouse for children . and a trampoline. Our family loved Molki which they played on the beach. Perfect. I couldn’t rate it anything less.

Très bon séjour en famille

Très bel habitat plein de charme et de vie, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Equipement très complet et de très bonne qualité (vaisselle et literie de très haute qualité). Très beau et grand jardin avec terrasse permettant d'attraper tous les rayons de soleil. Mer et plage à 200 m avec le choix entre plage et dune sauvages ou plage surveillée. Très bel endroit pour un très bon séjour en famille élargie.

Das komfortable Haus ist gut eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Es hat ausreichend Platz für eine grössere Gruppe. Der Strand ist zu Fuss in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Der grosszügige Garten lädt ein zum Verweilen. Viele besuchenswerte Ortschaften in der Umgebung lassen sich gut erreichen.

Maison plus que agréable. Beaucoup de chambres spacieuses, et literies très appréciables. Pièces à vive confortable et conviviale ... salon avec cheminée pour soirée d hiver.autour de jeux de sociétés . Séjour parfait en famille ou tout le monde peut garder son intimité. La maison a une architecture remarquable. La décoration est faite pour se sentir bien et comme chez soit. Nous avons appréciés notre séjour ! Envie d y retourner des que possible. De bons souvenirs dans cette maison familiale. Un grand bravo aux propriétaires.... on se sent si bien dans cette maison !! Amazing authentic French home

Had a fabulous week in this fantastic property. Exceeded expectations on all fronts. Location was great, just 4 min walk to the beach, and an easy 10 min drive to Cabourg centre. Would highly recommend.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus, haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Der großzügige Garten lädt zum verweilen und Grillen ein. Der Strand liegt nur knapp 500m vom Haus entfernt. Von dort aus lassen sich schöne Spaziergang zu den umliegenden Orten machen. Absolut empfehlenswert.
