Marks the Spot — the perfect waterfront getaway

This comfortable waterfront house is located on Quivera Bay with beautiful sunsets of the Mississippi Sound and a view of the Gulf of Mexico, two short blocks from the Gulf. It has a pier for fishing and a place to dock your boat.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, guest bedroom 1 has queen size bed, and guest bedroom 2 has a queen size bed.

The main living area has a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining table seats six comfortably.

The house has: Wifi, grill w/ propane provided, boat dock, four TV's with YouTube TV, two crockpots, Keurig Duo, blender. Owner does not allow guest to use the boat lift or the cargo lift

Perfect getaway

This home was more than we ever expected! Beautiful views, quiet and perfect area and the house itself was amazing!! They were so helpful and open to communicate with as well! Simply perfect!

Best family getaway

We loved Marks the Spot! It was the perfect location for a relaxing and quiet getaway. It was easy to find and we were able to tie our boat up at the dock and use it all week long! The girls’ favorite part was the swing downstairs and the house was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean, nicely decorated and had all that we needed!

Great Home and Hosts

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Kevin and Melissa's home. Communication was great with an easy check in process. The home was very clean and well stocked. There is a nice view of the bay from the deck. It is a very easy walk to the beach, even for younger kids. Dauphin Island is great place to relax and take it easy. We enjoyed some time at the aquarium, fort and of course the beach. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

We spent 4 nights on the island! The house is right on the bay and only a short walk (2-3 minutes) from the beach! The house was very clean and the host was very friendly before and throughout our trip. We had a blast at the Fort, playing mini golf, going to the aquarium, visiting the bird sanctuary, of course multiple trips to the beach, and relaxing on the dock! We will definitely come back to DI!

Snow Birds

Lovely home, very well appointed kitchen, awesome views off the back porch and dock. The outdoor lighting was helpful at night. A very easy walk to the beach from the house. Kevin made sure we were familiar with the workings of the house and readily available for questions should they arrive.
