Luxury Property w/ Hotel Accommodations & close to Austin and New Braunfels!
Spacious place with the setting of a nice get away. You deserve a chance to relax and stay in an upgraded place. Wooden floors, stainless steel appliances, a gas fireplace, a separate shower and garden tub. Master suite located on the first floor so no climbing stairs for you. Unless you want to. The place also has a water softener that goes throughout the house. So no worrying about unsafe water. The house is 4 years old. It has wooden floors in the main area. Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and a gas stove. The kitchen has an island and all of the countertops are marble. The front room is an office. There’s a half bath in the hall. There is a living room downstairs that opens to the second floor. There is a bar top. The master bedroom is downstairs with an attached bathroom. Separate shower and garden tub. Upstairs has an living room area. I have two recliners there. 3 of the bedrooms are upstairs. All of the rooms have comfortable queen size beds. The entire house is equipped with a water softener. The total space is about 2700sq. The place is 30 miles from Schlitterbahn, 23 miles from Austin, 10 miles from Tangled Outlet, 3.5 from the Plum Golf course. 6 miles from Old Town Wedding venue.
