About this property

Hamptons Bayfront Community

We are located in a lovely beachfront community. Our home is a short walk from the bay. The vineyards of the North and South Forks are just a 20 minute ride. Ocean beaches are 5 minutes by car. The Long Island Railroad will take you to Montauk and its lighthouse in only 35 minutes (including the villages of East Hampton, Bridgehampton and all in between). You can also take the train to Midtown Manhattan in a quick 2 hours. There are lovely restaurants in East Quogue, and the oceanfront restaurants are just a short drive.
Southampton is the next town over with great restaurants and museums. We are located just West of the Shinnecock Canal. NO TRAFFIC! Easy "in", easy "out". Our home has a large rear deck (60x20). It is equipped with bar-b-que, dining table, chairs and umbrellas. There is a separate sitting area...setee, tables, etc. We will provide beach chairs and beach towels. There are also two bicycles for your use (not exactly state-of-the art bikes, but they go!). There is also a covered front porch. We do not allow smoking in the house, but there are ashtrays outdoors.
