Beautiful updated 3 bedroom 3 bath ranch on a lagoon in the exclusive family community of Mantoloking Shores. Enjoy fishing and crabbing off the dock or walk to our private ocean beach (badges included). House has an open floor plan, with large covered deck with an outdoor TV. Conveniently located between Point Pleasant and Seaside Heights boardwalks, restaurants and shopping and a short walk to our neighborhood restaurant/ bar and grill with live entertainment.

Tremendous house with gracious owners! House was immaculate, incredible deck overlooking the inlet and a short walk to the private beach. No details spared, would highly recommend this property!! Thank you for welcoming us!!

This property was lovely and exceeded our expectations! The home was spotless and had every amenity needed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The backyard/dock area was great. The deck overlooking the lagoon was lovely with ample seating for everyone! My grandsons loved looking at the boats. We even had a family of swans visit us. The walk to the beach was a little long with the little guys but the beach itself was great. I would visit this property again and recommend it!!!
