"Heart of Cowtown" 50% off monthly stay

Welcome to the historical Oakhurst neighborhood, named for it's beautiful Oak trees. These quaint vintage homes are tucked in an area just 8 minutes north east from Downtown and the Fort Worth Stockyards. This circa 1950's house has been recently remodeled and furnished in the same style of the original era (MCM). It is a quiet neighborhood, and central location.
Guest access:
Street parking for 2 cars in front of home. When you walk up the sidewalk, the door facing the street is the main front door and there are two steps.
The large front yard is your designated outdoor area, small picket fenced area for (approved) pets, with a patio area under large oak trees.
The back of the property has a road behind it, with driveway to garage and separate efficiency unit for onsite tenant/assistant. It has it's own private entrance. You will not need to use the back yard.

My stay was great. Very pet friendly. People in the neighborhood were nice and always out with their pets as well. I felt safe no matter what time I had to walk the dogs before or after work. I loved my stay.

Good short term housing solution

I have some experience with long term rent houses, but the thought occurred to me; Since it is located so conveniently to the best attractions in Fort Worth, why not try a vacation rental! So here we are!

Why they chose this property

This house was built in 1948. I recently remodeled the house, but kept with the 1950's MCM style. It has two living and dining areas flowing to a kitchen in the center of things. The two bedrooms are off a hall and separated by a completely remodeled bathroom. Nice place for families to hang out together or a couple who just want to see the nearby attractions.
It's a quiet well kept neighborhood with it own citizens patrol.
There is an efficiency unit in the back yard for my friend and when I need assistance or if I am unavailable, he is able to help me. Plus he takes care of the yard!

What makes this property unique

It was a fun project to cutesy up on the outside and for me to shop and search for treasures to decorate with.
