About this property

Tudor Style Bungalow with Pool

Less than 8 minutes from downtown Fort Worth! This 1920s home is fully remodeled and professionally designed to be a perfect blend of modern and historical, ornate but clean. It checks all the boxes.

Includes weekly cleaning service!

Indoor Amenities: 2 full baths, 6 person dining table, all major kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, 65"+ TVs in every room, LED accent lights, sound system

Backyard Amenities: pool (color changing lights), hot tub, fountains, grill, fridge

Fully stocked coffee, towels & toiletries.

There are two bedrooms, both with Queen size beds and comfortable linens. Both rooms have a dresser to store clothes, and 65+" TVs with Fire Sticks and Netflix, HBO, Hulu, Amazon streaming. One room has a closet and attached bathroom and shower. The other room does not have a closet, but a clothes rack can be provided in addition to the dresser upon request. This room has a treadmill and weight bench which are available to use. There is a large bathroom with tub accessible from the hallway.

The kitchen is complete with all necessary cooking tools, appliances (air fryer, pressure cooker, Kitchen Aid, etc), pots and pans, utensils, drinkware, wine accessories, etc.

The home only a short drive to drive to Downtown Fort Worth, TCU, Six Flags, AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Stadium, the Stockyards, and many more attractions.

There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining room, and living room. One room and one supply closet will be locked off.

The pool can be heated for an additional charge ($150/night). The hot tub is able to be heated separately for no charge for up to 4 hours per day on a pre-arranged schedule. Please be respectful of the neighbors when using the pool or sound system.

We can be reached any time by text. If the need is urgent, the House Manager lives in a detached home in the back and can be called to assist.

Early check in or check out will incur a $30 per hour fee. We will do our best to accommodate these requests but they are not guaranteed.

We have a margarita/slushy machine which can be rented for $50 per day.

Nice little house in a great neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's a great house in a quaint, historic neighborhood that is close to everything Ft. Worth. The house is well stocked (towels, kitchen stuff, etc.). The hot tub and pool are really nice and the perfect size for a family and a couple friends. The host was very responsive during our stay.

Cowboys Game

We stayed here while attending Dallas Cowboys game and it was so much better than a hotel. The home was beautiful and spacious. My teenage boys even loved it. We will stay again the next time we attend a Cowboys game.

He arrived on a record cold day, and the house was almost 60 degrees inside, close to 10 outside. I had left one space heater, and offered to have more delivered. He said 5 more heaters would suffice (for 2 people) and I said I would make it happen. Exactly 17 mins later I called him back that 5 heaters were on the way to be delivered within the hour, and he told me I took too long, and was leaving.
