This unit has everything you and your group needs! The master bedroom is ocean front with a king bed and private full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin, and there is a full bathroom in the hall. The living room has seating for the whole family. The unit has a kitchen to envy, with custom cabinets and countertops, plus luxurious baths featuring tile and granite. Decorator finishes create a comfortable setting for a vacation you will never forget. Enjoy the covered balcony for dining and relaxing while overlooking the ocean.

Station One is located in the heart of Wrightsville Beach, an easy walk to shops, restaurants and public dock to enjoy boating activity. There is a pool and a tennis court for you and your group.

April Vacation at Coco's Place

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Best description of Coco's Place is "it is tired". Bathrooms haven't been upgraded or modified in quite a long time--plumbing was corroded. For a luxury rental, it was deficient. There were linoleum area rugs, a sofa with loud springs when you sat, the master bedroom ceiling fan/light didn't work (probably due to faulty remote switch), most windows didn't have screens and/or couldn't be opened, the sliding doors needed maintenance, the sliding door screens didn't close properly, the windows weren't clean, there was insufficient quantity of silverware and lack of sufficient glasses. Overall, we feel the property showed a lack of concern by the owners and property managers. Lastly, we ordered fresh linens during our stay and they were not delivered as requested. Management did, however, respond and provide fresh linens on an emergency basis. We will not return.

We have already started on an inventory list to address that issue. And the sliding glass door has been addressed by our maintenance team. The ceiling fan was noted on our departure report. To ensure a more comfortable stay, a call to our office and we could have addressed some of these items right away. JLN

The unit itself is a very nice unit; however, as nice as most of the unit is, the bathrooms were terrible. The shower head in the master bath is totally unusable, the water only comes out in a small stream making it impossible to bathe. The second bathroom is a hazard because the water is hard to regulate the temperature and you risk either scalding yourself or taking a cold shower. In winter this is not good. We highly recommend a total renovation to both bathrooms.

The kitchen had a layer of dust, bugs on the windowsill over the sink, the stovetop was dirty—generally dirty. I didn’t call management, because I didn’t want someone in there cleaning. The mattress cover was also dirty. I think the owner needs new cleaning folks!This condo has nice furnishings and looks great. Comfortable master bed.The tub in the master bath needs updating- new shower head and drain.This is a good location in Wrightsville Beach. Convenient to everything.The condo has a great view from the balcony and the master bedroom.

From the heavy duty plastic kids cutlery set to the outdoor seating and beautiful decor, there is not a single detail that was overlooked. The view is unobstructed and very private and quiet. We spent most of our time on the porch overlooking the ocea and the rocking chairs as well as the high top bar bistro table were very convenient and great to sit and have coffee or a glass of wine. We hope to go back next year!

Great condo and definitely would come back!! It could have been cleaner when we arrived, especially in light of Covid. The master bathroom shower could use some updating- new shower head? The kitchen was well supplied. The storage area for our beach chairs was great so we didn’t have to bring them to the condo every time.
