We have “A NO CONTACT” check in and check out procedures. We have an open air walkway leading to your private entrance to your condo.

I stayed with my two teenage sons. Two of us had our own room and bathroom and the other stayed on the couch. It was a perfect size for us. This was our first time in Gatlinburg so it’s a bit difficult to really know your location to downtown if you’ve never been there. Luckily the location is perfect and just as described. The only times we had to drive was when we left downtown to see the smokies and pigeon forge. This location is within 5 minutes walking distance to Anakeesta, Hillbilly Golf, Ripley’s aquarium and tons of shopping & restaurants. It is a bit of a steep climb to the condo through the parking lot so maybe not an option to walk into town for those with mobility issues. We stayed on the 4th of July and watched the parade from right outside our front door and also saw the fireworks from the balcony.

Great location and views

I loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the views of town, especially at night. We were able to walk almost everywhere we went in Gatlinburg which saved time and money on finding parking.

Probably is in the perfect location to wark the strip. Condo was perfect for the family with 2 rooms, each with their own bathroom. The view was amazing at night.

Condo with a view

This is a very nice property with easy access to Gatlinburg. The view from the balcony offers a great view of the city and the surrounding mountains. Our host was very accommodating and took care of all of our needs.

Great Location!

The condo is in such a great location! We were able to walk to everything on the Gatlinburg strip. The walk back up to the condo is steep, but definitely doable. The view from the balcony is amazing! The place was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location

My daughter drive the hour from UTK Great weekend Lots to do on the Parkway Very crowded weekend May return in warmer weather Location was perfect Much better than staying in a hotel Roomy Well appointed Nothing fancy But definitely recommend it

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Walking distance to downtown so we didnt have to find parking. Kitchen is very small, but all we used it for was to make coffee and put drinks in the fridge so it suited our needs. A washer/dryer would be a plus, but other than that, its a great little condo.

Gatlinburg chateaus

Overall the property was nice but the parking left a lot to be desired. The hot tub was not hot it was only a little warmer than the pool. The unit itself was cozy but was comfortable for 4 adults and 2 kids. I would definitely stay again

Girls Trip

We chose this condo due to location. It was convenient to be able to walk to the strip and not have to deal with parking. There was an issue with the dishwasher prior to our check in, and the owners let us know in a timely manner (did not affect our trip as we ate out for all meals). Condo was clean, and beds were comfortable. Would stay here again.

Great Location and great hosts

The communication was great, and the place was as described. Google Maps had a little trouble finding the address, but when we plugged in the complex name instead, we found it just fine. Hosts did an excellent job addressing our few minor questions and issues that arose. Thank you for taking great care of us!
