Hello,
We rent our fully equipped apartment since it is our main residence.
It is fully air conditioned.
Our apartment is very quiet because it does not face the road. It is also very sunny which allows you to take full advantage of our 70m2 terrace with its outdoor kitchen, barbecue and Japanese pool.
The residence is also equipped with a swimming pool, a pool house with toilets and showers, as well as a pétanque court.
It consists of a bedroom with a king size bed, another bedroom with a double bed and a brand new convertible and comfortable sofa which is located in the living room.
Canal + and Bein sport will remain available for rental.
Two parking spaces are provided with the rental of the apartment.
The location is ideal with direct access to shops, bus line in front of the residence, highway access at 1km, beach at 3km.
