House in residence with swimming pool, 900m from the sea.

House ideally located between the resorts of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie and Les Sables d'Olonnes (15km).
The large Dunes beach is only 900m away (about 10mn on foot)
The residence has a large heated swimming pool and a paddling pool for children, a playground, a pétanque court.
The shops are very close and a market is held Tuesday and Friday in season in Brem and Thursday and Sunday in Bretignolles.
The house was redone in 2018. It has a bedroom with a 160 x 200cm high bed, a living room with sofa and TV, a kitchen area, a mezzanine with 2 single beds, a bathroom with tub , an enclosed garden and a parking space.

Très belle location bien située pour les visites. La location est très propre et bien soignée et surtout très bien équipée il ne manque rien . Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et un accueil et un départ agréable. Je recommande cette location .

Location très agréable au calme avec piscine. La maison est coquette, avec tout le confort à 2 pas de l'océan... Nathalie est soucieuse de notre bien-être. Je retournerai avec grand plaisir car c'est une excellente adresse.

Très appréciable

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter les villes aux alentours, proximité de la plage à pieds, toboggan dans la résidence pour les enfants Nous n’avons pu profiter de la piscine car elle était fermée et le temps pas adéquat ! Nous recommandons !

Location chez Nathalie et Nicolas

Petite résidence très calme et propre avec tout ce qu il faut. L océan n est pas très loin et Nicolas et Nathalie ont été très prévenants avec un petit cadeau d accueil. Je recommande ce lieu sans hésitation.
