Whether you’re here for a quiet retreat or a fun-filled getaway, this unique space provides a one-of-a-kind experience just minutes from everything Waco has to offer. Located only 15-20 minutes from Baylor University and Magnolia at the Silos in downtown Waco, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy local attractions while returning to the calm of nature at the end of the day. If this room is available, then you are in luck because this room is part of a total property listing that includes ALL 20 rooms at Gathering Oaks Retreat, and is usually rented out as the whole property for retreats and reunions.

No daily hotel service or breakfast options. Fire pit, patio furniture, pool, and outdoor games are all shared spaces. We do not have natural gas and do not keep the hot tub heated 24/7 to save energy and keep things green. If you would like to request a hot tub reservation, October through April, we can warm it up remotely for a fee of $50 per hour. This fee is optional and and covers the private hot tub reservation, extra power and prep, but is totally worth it for that perfect evening dip under the stars! Feel free to bring your own fire wood (no cedar) to light the fire pit at your convenience.
