Large Comfy Topanga Canyon Family Getaway near State Park and Pacific Ocean

This is a spacious 2 story, 4 Bedroom 2.5 bath family home in a quiet neighborhood in artist enclave, Topanga Canyon. We are walking distance (1.2 miles) to the Topanga Community House, venue of many popular events, including the renown Topanga Days festival scheduled over Memorial Day weekend. The famous Theatricum Botanicum is also walking distance and the legendary Mountain Mermaid House is across the street from ours. The house is 6.3 miles from both US 101 and the stunning Pacific Coast Highway. Near hiking, mountain biking & surfing.

The space
There is a large master bedroom upstairs with its own private two sink bathroom with tub and an open walk in shower, down the hall are two guest bedrooms, the first with Queen bed, the second also with a Queen bed, both have access to another full bathroom off the hallway.
Downstairs there is a single bedroom with office desk and you will find a large comfortable living room complete with a fireplace and grand piano. The floors are finished with saltillo tiles in the living & dining rooms and carbonized bamboo plank in the kitchen and family room.

The family room has a 48" Roku smart TV with Netflix and Amazon, etc and many other apps/channels. There is a Google Home device & high speed 200/200Mbs Wi-Fi.

The kitchen is well stocked with cooking implements for large dinner parties with a 1/2 bathroom adjacent to the Family room. Massive 65' deck outside with a 500 gallon Hot Springs Grandee hot tub, Propane Fire Pit, ping pong table, rambling gardens, BBQ and a large tree house! Stunning views all around. Pets are allowed according to our policy. We have a big fenced yard. The yard is fenced in all around for dog safety.

There is a separate apartment on the property where we occasionally stay, but you will never see us unless you need assistance with the property.
